anyway Polonius your 'total equality' trope is a silly argument that you are using to hide your true colours..as illustrated in your .previous posts which I CBA to dig up.

(most) women do not crave public power in the same way as men...often they are not as ambitious...
women are not as physically strong as men...
men and women are (gasp!) different?

quite, Englishman, also there is no point in arguing with some people, it is like banging your head on a brick wall (nice when you stop).

If it were not for 'feminists' like Emmeline Pankhurst or Elizabeth Garrett Anderson or Maria Sklodowska where would Western women be today....?
There are extremists in US/UK as Z has pointed out so many times, and he makes many valid points....but belittling statements about degrees in masturbation are a good illustration

of what true feminists object to.

Patronising initiatives such as the women's easy parking bays send out a message, especially to young girls: you're useless at this kind of thing, don't even try.

I know, you are spot on Englishman, it is so insulting.
I only passed my test a few years ago and to be honest bay parking is a piece of p.1ss, it is parallel parking that takes more practice, but it is not brain surgery is it?

Unless a woman is a doormat, she'll either hate or pity men like Zimmy

I don't agree I dont think Z wants a doormat woman at all, what he wants is a truck driver like Lisa from ice road truckers who will buy him a beer

Too much multi culti

i bet you and your family loved the 'multi-kulti' when you needed free ESOL and classroom support and interpreters.

Ad personam is a great way to try and confuse the issue when one runs out of arguments

referring to women as 'girlies' was quite a calculated wind-up which paved our way - so i am sorry but you have only yourself to blame.

and by the way the expression is 'ad hominem'.

the 'what's in it for me?' approach prevails most everywhere with the exception of Holy Mother the Church, that only stands to reason..

polonius you are sadly deluded, sorry.

Polonius, what is a professional feminist?

well I did wonder that myself.
perhaps he means 'professional person (eg doctor, lawyer etc) who is a feminist?
or someone who earns their living from being a feminist?
surely there are not so many of those.
not even sure what this thread it about tbh.

There was even a feminist gender studies professor at Boston College (Mary Daly) who would not allow males into her courses.

disengenous Z., she would teach them, just not allow them into her classes.
also, she retired from Boston Uni in 1999 so it is hardly breaking news.
there have been plenty of courses from which women were effectively banned, just not so publicly or loudly, usually done with obscure 'coding',
for example one medical school in London ran a coding system right up until the nineties - only those with a certain code would be interviewed, and women and black candidates were coded otherwise.

shall we talk about the SCUM manifesto as well?
lol

ZIMMY

"Do you understand the difference? You inadvertently point out a "norm" for women when you make the point that women give birth"

*sigh* yes Z I understand the difference. And it wasn't 'inadvertant' - never mind....

".I've told them they could have the next best thing......for one night :)"

lol, time rations eh?
