far more humane

Than some but not all. It did not differ from the executioner's axe -- also a split second and lights out. But the overuse of the guillotine could hardly have been called humane. Unfortunately, the same spirit of the guillotine era persists today in the character assassination of those who do not accept to "one", "true", "undebatable" PC approach to things. So being stuck in an 18th-century time warp hardly seems all that "progressive"!

beyond reason

Never forget, the so-called "age of reason" gave us the guillotine and the reign of terror. Fraternité was interpreted to mean: "Be my brother or I'll kill you!"

Not habits but principles! Any party that stands for God, country, family and tradition rather than Platformer-style scams and rip-offs deserves the support fo all decent people.

own private opinion

That is my own private opinion. My views usually coincide with those of the por-Polish good-change party not the anti-Polish, pro-foreign-interest-group PO scamster-bankster clique you favour.

to use this message in public

Why would PiS use a message they don't even know about. It is only one observer's view.

59 is more than 60

Don't forget, TCHB, I'm not a Gestapo/NKVD type filing away every small detail so it can be used agaisnt someone. And I treat this forum very casually. not as seriosuly as you do. I saw the 59 figure, later remembered it to be around or over 60. But the real shortcoming was your failure to explain the imrpessive 59% support figure for PiS in the Newsweek poll. That was the real issue, not someone's slip of the keyboard!

high-testosterone unfulfilled female?

She is a bit mannish as is Merkel, but Szydło gave birth to 2 sons, one of which is studying for the priesthood, so it looks to be a good Catholic home. The average Polish woman shies away from active politicking and is content to vote (or not).

true Polish womanhood

A CBOS poll has shown that Polish women value above all health (97%), family happiness (95%), honest life (95%) and the respect of others (94%). Their parents and their own deliberations have influenced them the most.

PiSlamic State

No such thing.

out of touch with what Polish women

Out of touch only with what high-testosterone feminists and promiscuous, failed females think. They represent but a tiny fringe of true Polish womanhood

Czarny Protest

The Black Protest (the colour of mourning was fittingly chosen for the millions of tiny unborn infants being murdered) was hardly typical Polish womanhood. Typical Polki find fulfilment mainly in their families and homes, work only for the extra pay packet, try to be good mothers and wives and generally do not go in for agitation and politicking. (That's a feather in their cap, becuase politics is a dirty business which most women prefer to avoid.) The march by contrast was dominated by radical feminist agitataors, high-testosterone types, the vicitms of failed relationships, man-haters, sleep-arounds and unfulfilled females with a chip on their shoulder.

One more scandal

Many more scandals masterminded by the PO scamster party are only just now coming to light. They had 8 years to perfect and refine htier shenanigins. The Warsaw resitution scam is but the tip of the iceberg. Financial hanky-panky has also been revealed in many PO-controlled local councils. Sit back and enjoy. And, oh yes, do bring the popcorn!

pro-democracy rallies.

A nice euphemism for pro-status quo rallies! The Jandas et all want the scamster-era grants, contracts, awards and invites to the halls of power to continue indefintiely (can't blame them!), but a new pro-Polish govenrment is the reality for the next 8-12 years or more. It's time they adjust to the new times. History is not stagnant but constantly moves forward.

TVP1 news last night reported GW was laying off 135 people and even the status of That Cat Michnik was uncertain. They too had their heyday, but everything changes. The new, modern conservative press is now in the forefront.

Poles

Not Poles but a motley fringe group of frustrated grumblers falaciously believing that their scamster-era status quo would last forever.

build free housing

More Hairy Bollocks! No free housing. It is to be low-cost housing to let or buy with rent going towards purchase.
What woudl you call the idiots who are using every opportuntiy to obstruct the democratically elected govenrment to preserve their cushy status quo?
Your heroes, the scmaster party, have again been caught red-handed. One of their city hall official Marzena Kruk siphoned off 38 million złotys in the real-estate restitution scam. Just the tip of the iceberg. Tusk-era prosecutors and shyster lawyers were also involved.

MORE GOOD NEWS

Although the KOD-ite chanter-ranters keep spewing their venom in defence of their bygone staus quo, the Morawiecki plan continues to move ahead. Prime Minister Beata Szydło told a press conference that a major industrial deal with Mercedes-Benz is "moving full steam ahead". The deal meets the government's Morawiecki plan which envisages the injection of over a trillion złotys into the economy. She said the plan would rebuild the industrial sector, generate new major investments and create new jobs in Poland. Carmaker Daimler AG, parent of Mercedes Benz, announced they intend to invest around $550 million in the first phase of the development in southwestern Poland, and create several hundred new jobs. According to the company's plans, the construction will be completed in 2019. The plant will reach full operating capacity by 2020, producing several hundred thousand engines per year.

PZPR propaganda about Solidarnosc

Yet another Hairy Bollocks lie? You weren't even around back then but were living in one of the commonwealth countries (Australia, RSA?) reportedly trying the evade the long arm of justice. We all know you hate Poland, Polish people, traditions, culture, religion, lifestyles and food but at least respect the language and spell

Solidarność correctly. Save your misspellings for Anglo-jabber!

where are regime going to find the funds

Russia has contested the Vistula canal plan, so now you and your fellow Pole-bashers have yet another non-Polish side to support. Have fun!

PIS weren't busy p!ssing off the EU.

The KOD-style wreckers and other Hairy Bollocks can always be counted on for one thing: to take the anti-Polish side of any dispute. If there's a Franco-Polish helicopter row, PO will back the French side. If a Jewish-Polish conttroversy arises, they will naturally support the Jews. If the government launches a major programme, they will be sure to tear it to pieces through sheer spite, envy and resentful frusutration. When IPN open their files, they will defend those who persecuted the Polish nation duirng PRL. Who has such friends, needs no enemies!

controversy

One could add: if a disagreement emerges between Warsaw and Brussels, we all know which side the KOD-style wreckers will be on. In fact, through their snitchery they had probably masterminded and heated up the controversy in the first place!

democratically elected pro-Polish government

MORE GOOD NEWS FROM THE GOOD-CHANGE PiS GOVERNMENT:

--Work will soon get under way on the new Vistula Lagoon canal joining it to the Baltic. That will turn land-locked Elbląg into a honest-to-goodness seaport, create thousands of jobs and enable a local tourist and fishing industry to flourish.

--Following the smashing success of Family 500+, the govenrment's flagship Housing+ programme will soon get under way, First crack will be given to families with many children and other less well-to-do applicants. The monthly rent will go towards the purchase of the flats unless the tenants wish to keep on renting.

haters

No bigger haters can be found in Poland outside KOD, PO and Petru! They've had 8 years to perfect their "przemysł pogardy" (disdain and hate industry) and they wasted no time doing it.

Whether it's an historical commemoration, a solemn funeral for freedom-fighters, a teachers' protest or pro-abortion march, they are there ranting. chanting and spewing hatred at Poland's democratically elected pro-Polish government. The mangy curs will bark and yelp but the good-change caravan just moves along.

IBRIS for Radio ZET

IBRIS and Radio BZDET are in the same "unreliable source" category as the Kosher Gazette and Telewizja Nonsensowa (TVN). It's therefore none too surprisng that you choose to cite them.

currently compromising

The compromise was clinched in 1993, so they are not CURRENTLY compromising on anything but together with PO nad Petru voted the ban into oblivion.
It was a mistake to reject the pro-abortionist proposal out of hand and send the ban to committee. Both should have been either rejected or sent to committee. Neither had a chance of passing.

Anti-abortionists try to impose

Anti-murderists try to impose their view on people who want to commit murder. They should mind their own buisness and come down off their moral high horse and let others do what they want. Pro-murderists are not forcing anyone to commit murder if they don't wnat to.

PiS supporters in the interwebs are much more active

Why do you think so? One should think there are more geeks, web-obsessed, pro-gadgetarisans and gung-ho computer nuts amongst PO and Petru backers than amongst more conservative and traditon-minded PiS supporters.

Probably the best government Poland has had

Undoubtedly the best and unsurpassed in the number of scams, support for foreign interest groups, cronyism and dipping in the till. Even SLD couldn't come close.

poll ratings.

You mean like the Newsweek poll where PiS got over 60%?

people have seen through

Not people, only your kind of "people" -- a peripheral fringe of pervs and weirdos. Meanwhile, Poland's and one of Europe's most influential politicians, Jarosław Kaczyński, has warned that the EU could collapse if they don't clean up thier.

European leaders, struggling to overcome an historic crisis following Britain's vote to leave the EU, remain divided over migration and economic policy. After more than a half century of closer integration, some fear the bloc risks breaking apart.

"The continent is changing rapidly and, as I see it, not for the better," Kaczynski was quoted as saying in German newspaper Die Welt.

The rise of populist parties across the continent, such as the Alternative for Germany, the National Front in France and anti-European parties in the Netherlands among others could cause the EU as it is to burst, he said.

"Either we reform the EU or it collapses."

PO crooks

Unlike the PO crooks who looked after the interests of foreign corproations with a view to the hefty kickbacks they could expect in return, the current pro-Polish good-change government first nad foremost defends the interests of Polish companies. That was the theme of Prime Minister Beata Szydło's address on Monday during a visit to the Świdnik helicopter works. The visit followed a decision by the government to cancel a military helicopter contract with France's Airbus company which had offered inadequate offset arrangements.

The previous Civic Platform-led government chose to purchase the 'Eurocopter' EC725 helicopters for 13.5 billion złotys (€3.2 billion) in April 2015, rejecting rival offers from the Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation and Leonardo's PZL Świdnik, both operating in Poland.

In power for a while

At least 8 - 12 years. Maybe more! No-one wants the PO crooks calling the shots and lining their pockets again, no-one that is except the PO crooks and their cronies. Their scam potential is insatiable!
