Poland isn't as bad as some of the eastern Slavic countries but I agree that some Polish girls might have a greedy gold-digging attitude. While I am planning on marrying a Polish girl, I most certainly will avoid the gold-digging portion. They can go f*uck themselves.

I did some research on the name and it mentioned that it can be Ashkenazic but like you said it's unusual for a Jew to have that name for the fact that Jews weren't farmers.

With that said, Adolf Neubauer who was a rabbinical scholar in Britain, was a Jew.

I also know a guy in college who has the last name Neugebauer and he's Jewish.

I remember watching a documentary on Poles discovering their Jewish heritage a while ago. If I remember correctly, it said that thousands of Poles have discovered in the past decade that they are Jewish or that they had very close ancestors who were Jewish. A lot of these cases were related to WWII and some of them had the same story as you mentioned; they were hidden by Polish families.

What exact time before the Nazi occupation of Poland were you referring to? Most scholars say that just before Nazi Germany invaded Poland, there were about 3.3 to 3.5 million Jewish Poles living in Poland. A total of 6 million Poles died during the Holocaust, half of which were Jewish.


It's a well known fact that at some time Poland did hold 3/4 of the total Jewish population. Poland was the center of Jewish culture. Do not even try to argue that this isn't true.

This is so true. This has also made me hate certain Polish girls. I find it funny how those girls tend to be the ones who don't accomplish much with their education. The Polish girls I know who do have great careers(in law, engineering, medicine, etc.) are married to Polish men.

I like how you're twisting the use of the word. No, I wouldn't think it's appropriate to say "Hello negro" just like it wouldn't be appropriate to say "Hello black man." However, when referring to black people, there is nothing wrong with saying things like "A group of negros were protesting the release of a racist movie."
