I hate it when PiS voters, mostly poorly educated people from small towns and villages, throw their rubbish out of car windows while driving out of town. They visit big cities for work and, afterwards, following trendy behaviour they watched on TV, go to Drive through fast food outlets and order food for their journey back home. Can`t they keep the rubbish until they arrive home and put in the proper bin??? It seems such a simple acitvity is beyond the powers of their poorly developed brains.

In the past cleaning services dealt with it but recently municipalities have had limited budgets due to PiS destructive policies and suspended a lot of their services.
