Most dont,and most also work for some real estate company and always hungry to make a deal out of there company and I mean including some from reputable agencies.


I am sure as a business everybody needs that.Even English teachers working independently should have but I doubt they do.


Maybe,but certainly not me.I have bought and sold over 23 times in Poland and also rented through an agent plenty of times but never knew or cared if the agent was licensed or not

Also it depends he wants to deal with commercial or residentials.

There are plenty of American investors who would like to invest in Poland where the returns could go up to 10% also still when in States you will be lucky to get 5/6% and anchor properties will be around 3% and the taxes are way lower in Poland still.

Me,I never checked any realtors license ever in my life.Realtor just shows you the property and his/her responsibility ends there(of course with commission).The buyer and their notariuz has to do the homework.Infact I am buying one commercial on Towarowa and just asked the seller for a clean chit from spodzelnia,and tax department and the notariuz is finding out if there is any loan on it.All work the agent did was showed the property and came to the preliminary deal to the notariuz and will be there when the final deed will be signed and get his 1% commission.

When I was in the region on Warsaw/Minsk highway around 10 days back I saw many foreign cars esp vans(which are not common in Poland) with tinted windows parked on the side of the highway and was told that they belong to smugglers who transport migrants for a heavy fee(2/3000 Euros) to Germany.They said locals near the border hang green lights for the migrants that they are welcome.Local friend there told me that those vans have a pilot car in front of them that tells them of any roadblocks or cops.

They say they have 10/15 migrants in a van lol not bad money for a trip(almost 20/45k Euros).2/3 trips back and forth is over 100k Euros Tax free Gotufka a week,lol better then selling drugs I guess.LOL maybe Str should look into this business lol.

I was driving om Warsaw-Minsk highway couple of days back and there are so many cars with foreign plates parked on the side and on the highway.I was told those are the people/relatives of the refugees from France,Italy,Germany etc who are to pick up there people stuck on borders.I even saw a group hiding in a field by the highway.Its a total mess and one is not allowed to go near the border area with police stops even on remote roads.They said around 10k refugees are crowding up and planning to crash in Poland and spread anytime.I even saw a group that looked like refugees in Warsaw Central station,guess waiting for train to Berlin,but the cops walking by overlooked them.

I checked Minsk airport arrivals and they still have over 20 flights coming from middle east everyday all by Belarusian airline "BELAVIA"

Yup,right by me 2 restaurants are closed and 1 shop is closing,I talked to the owner today and she started crying,she was there 32 years and the Gemina wants rent for the lockdown period also and forcing her out.I talked to someone there and she said the clerks/inspectors get bonus to get as much rent they can squeeze out.Lots of small business are going under.Old ones lost money and now new millionaires will be made.


Man I still miss the days in early 2000s,when a $ would get you 4.50.Its bad for importers,my friend imports furniture and the container costs over 22k euro was around 2500 euro,he is looking for new business to manufacture something in Poland now.

In US I lost a tenant cuz he cant find anyone to work so he shut down too.

Yes,and raising interest rates might backfire too.In my case I am just fine,hope they dont raise interest rates till December and I will be a very happy man.Gas prices are over 6 pln a litre.Inflation was 6.87% in September,lol hopefully crosses 8% in October and will take time to bring it down.With holiday season starting and no supplies it is bound to go up in December.
