Meanwhile, Article 8 of the North Atlantic Treaty says that none of the NATO member states may conclude international agreements that would be contrary to that treaty.

According to one of the creators of the series "Reset", prof. Sławomir Cenckiewicz, the agreement is an act of betrayal of Poland and allies.

Just months after the Smolensk disaster, in 2011 Tusk signs an official agreement between Polish Special Services (SKW) and Russian FSB to deeply co-operate, that was hidden from USA. During many secret meetings between the agencies, head of FSB receiving Polish Sabre, and Heads of Polish Military Intelligence wearing russian army hats. WTF?..
