LOL! Look at how indignant you pretend to be

Are you on drugs?

written about sex and sexuality when she was 13 years old. Most of the references and passages on the subject were omitted

Neither unusual nor a particularly surprising bit information. Very well known too.

Hard to know what your weird point about Anne Frank is here?.

You are known to do that to take a thread off-topic

Because the resulting dialogue is amusing.

Anyway, are Poles workaholic?

Some of them, though workaholism is a very bad thing.

Georgia

I remember hearing about a republican woman in I think Florida. When it came on the radio that russia had invaded Georgia, she called a phone-in show to ask if the governor had sent out the Georgia National Guard....

And your point is ?

That Poland doesn't import nuclear reactors from Australia.

Quit trolling. That or learn to do it better.

I am just quoting them

You're quoting a statistical category.

In the category "bird feathers, arctic animal hides, bone" does that mean that they also export seal skins and narwhal tusks?

Quit your trolling; it's only half funny.

Rolls Royce is tainted with vulgarity

Hugely.

They're for nouveau riche northern millionaires.

I like them though, especially the old 80s ones.

Next to a Rolls, the fanciest and most expensive Cadillac or Merc just looks trashy.

contrary to what the Comtrade data base said ?

It didn't say that. If you think otherwise, provide some details. We would all be interested.

children. It was established in 1968 by a group of "Kurier Polski" journalists

The founder, Cezary Lezenski was a friend of mine as was his later partner Wiesia, also now sadly gone.

They did an incredible amount of good work for kids in the worst possible situations.

Incidentally Czarek was also a Righteous Among The Nations and had been a child soldier in WW2.

So tell us more about your claims, like some specifics. Or stop trolling about serious things.

We had to read it at our last year at high school, so I was at least 18 years old at that time..

Strong even for kids that age.

We all saw a film (some of my classmates were in it as extras) filmed locally called Threads. There was a lot of discussion at the time about whether it was suitable for the young; a film so shocking that's fen adults were stunned into silence.

Nowadays of course they can all see some quite nasty stuff on the internet. Hard to say that it does them any good.

Anne Frank's 'dirty' jokes found on diary pages she covered over

Is it a problem for you that a book published in the 1950s for teenagers would be bowdlerised? In your country people still don't say cvnt on TV.

Grow up and stop trolling: we're talking about serious things.

Too late to edit.

"Machinery, Nuclear reactors, Boilers" is a very broad statistical category.

Did you think they were exporting everything contained in that category?

nuclear reactors

You'll need to be more specific.

What reactors? Sold by whom? For what?

future nuclear

As I understand it, they've been ordered from Westinghouse.

I'm pretty sure that Westinghouse aren't Aussie.

Why prioritize his works

I wouldn't personally prioritise them; stories of that time do deserve to be told, though of course fiction is fiction, non-fiction is non-fiction and fictionalised events are fictionalised events, assuming they're honest about what they are. There's a place for all on the bookshelf.

If they're fiction, it all depends on literary merit. He's Polish of course and his perspective of course differs from someone who isn't of his particular heritage however each and every perspective help us see a broader picture of those times.

Are you thinking about the ones used for scientific experiments (there are one or two) or are you thinking about the private ones that will be assembled and come on line in about a decade?

Yip

There's always this that and the other that people can find against things they don't like.

Ferraris and Lamborghinis preferably

Vulgar and far too fast.

Private vehicles are not in any way a positive thing.

You green commies

And there was me thinking I was neither.

But it's hard to convince others of the truth.

A sad thing is that individuals with little experience of the world and often out of touch with reality fail to grasp the complexities and contradictions in the life experiences of people in truly dreadful situations.

Some things are black and white, easy to grasp and relate to. The experiences of a Pole of Jewish heritage during the Shoah is not among them.

I'd say that there are huge benefits to them.

They're certainly here to stay.

An even better future would be with few or no private cars at all.

Noeline does fit a stereotype, doesn't she. I'd not like to work for her but she's probably good company if there's booze and suburban oneupmanship going on. Must be well in her 80s now.

I was just reading what happened to them all since. Several of them went right down the pan and others didn't .

Brits are controlled (maybe a bit too tightly) by the superego Australians keep the Id a _lot_ closer to the surface...

When Freud built the superego, he anchored it in the sky over southern England to give them all complexes. As for Aussies, their ancestors were transported there for punishment because their ids were out of control. Maybe there's some heredity, biological or more probably cultural that made all the bogans, larrikins and bludgers.

Northern English like to think we're a little different, though the stereotype in Harry Enfield's Yorkshireman is somewhat exaggerated.

Owsiak keeps a lot for himself.

Why do you think that?

Why do a small minority hate WOŚP so much, given all the. Good they do and how liked they are?
