you are allowed to have 2.5 ounces on you for personal use.

Nice...

Idk about illinois exactly but its probably very similar. When i lived in ohio the fine was like $100-$500 for possession under 100 grams which i couldnt believe. This was before legalization in illinois so i was stoked that having a few oz on you is a felony in one state yet a mere traffic type citation. Oddly enough, the part i lived in had crappy reggie weed and having good proper hydro was rare and super expensive. That changed quickly ; )

Lenka the cops will try to get anything they can. If they can send a pipe to the lab and if it detects weed or whatever the prosecutor will def use that.

I remember hearing that in poland there is a penalty for smoking weed around people. So if ur smoking a joint on a bench and other people are around and a cop catches you there may be additional charges besides just possession.

Weirdly enough the weed laws seemed on paper more lax under prl than afterwards. Not many people were smoking back then though. The more popular drugs bacl then were "polish heroin," relanium which is like valium, and solvents.

Ive been smoking on a girl scout cookies sack from last week. Great energetic/ and europhoric sativa head high and not a coucher. Speaking of which i think its time for another blunt....

Ive heard they use a Carmex container and then transfer it into a cart afterwards, seems like a lot of work.

Carmex could theoretically work for dabs/shatter but the color would be a little off. I'd just maybe get edibles and put em in a different package or if concentrate a travel shampoo bottle full. They don't seem to scrutinize those too much and on the xray it shows as just a thick liquid. Never put that stuff up in your bra or up your ass or whatever because they will definitely see it on the body scan and basically any country that isn't dirt poor has those now.

Its not worth it and you will be really screwed if you are caught. Not to mention all the embarrassment that would come with it.

I wouldn't care so much about the time or even money, the worst would be once my family especially my mom found out. That would kill me more than any time in the hole or politics or other b.s.

You can drive to Amsterdam without being searched at the border?

That's how the EU is supposed to work although now that's probably going to change.

Ill get someone to find me a small bag like last time. Those guys would freak out if they seen the size and quality .

Yeah good luck trying to score like even a half o or o off the street. You may get lucky and get a few g's maybe a 5 g sack. I mean some Poles do serve a lot of bud and make good money on it but you're right it's nothing like in the USA. Quality is pretty much the same though - just amounts smaller. When I was a kid there was still ****** pot and hash around with occasional good home-grow dro or some **** from Holland. but now it's all on the same level as Holland, California, Chicago, etc. in terms of quality now. **** you go to Jamaica now and they're growing dro.

tram

I hate those ******* things. That's one of the main reasons why I hate driving in Poland. It's not like a bus where it goes with traffic trams just do their own thing and they zig zag and ****.

Thats good to know. Still, i wouldnt mess with growing or even selling in poland. Too much risk. In most us states if i walk around with a backpack full of bud either no one will care or at worst ill get a ticket. Except for mormon country and the bible belt of course. In Poland the fines are just crazy .

Out of the us to poland is fairly easy esp if youre flying from a city where its legal and you dont have a connecting flight. Still though, ive never taken a chance on an international flight and prolly never will. A vape cart already in a vape or the oil in some drink or shampoo or some **** for later extraction would prolly work but idk if im gonna get caught i definetely dont want it in a foreign airport. I wouldnt chance the ol' nug/cart in the toiletries case either except domestic flighs. From poland though ill bring back medicines bc theyre way cheaper and never had a problem

When i was 12 my aunt got me like a live fish and i insisted i was going to take it back w me to the usa. Well i had it for like 3 4 years till it died.

Im not growing this year, coz there just legalized it and you can get super good deals off the street now:)

Yeah there really isn't a point. Still though a lot of the stuff around here is still coming in from Colorado and to a lesser extent California and home-grow. Feminized/auto grow seeds are best if you're starting out and not using seeds from a plant you already grew. In Poland though I bet they monitor that though if you're ordering seeds from Holland. You can always order to an abandoned/for sale house but still, I'd never grow there the paranoia would kill me. I'd rather even sit on a bunch of pounds but actually growing in forget it. Easy way to catch 3-7 years in prison just for a small grow.

Have you heard about Blunts yet?

Yeah that's mostly what I smoke out of. I buy a pack of swishers or phillies and just use the leaf, dump the tobacco out. It definitely burns longer than a joint. I can put a g in a blunt and it'll smoke for a good 15-20 minutes. It's good if you're smoking with several people but even if by myself I'll smoke 1/2 of it and just save the rest for later.

the EU doesn't impose directives on its members"...

He's not lying - EU hasn't done jack **** to Warsaw for all the things they complained about - being "undemocratic" and "authoritarian," that they're not following the constitution, not following green reforms especially with coal, logging forests and especially the migrant crisis and court reforms. All talk, zero action. They're writing checks that their ass can't cash.

What happened after all of the Eurocrats howling? Poland getting billions of dollars.

Law / The right to own guns: would you support such legislation in Poland? [2237]

Can you expand on that? I am not clear what you mean.

You can buy upper and lower receiver kits (receiver, trigger, barrel, firing pin, etc) and any other parts you need to build your own ar15 online. You can build one as cheap as 400 500 to several thousand depending on what you buy. Also depending on what kind of lower you buy you wont need to register it i.e. an 80% lower doesnt require registration but youll need a cheap mill/cnc for metal one unless you go with a cheaper plastic 80% which you can mill with a dremel.

Ive always preferred home made or home modified guns. As long as your not a prohibited possessor you can manufactyure your own guns you just cant sell them or make autos or sawed offs without atf paperwork... technically... my first home made guns were a slam fire 12 guage amd a bolt action 22.

European context. No firearms involved

Yeah because theres no firearms in europe... no shootings occur in europe, kebab has never mowed down a bunch of people with aks....in some eu countries its easier to buy a gun illegally than in much of the usa

Yeah good luck smashing a person's face when they right after you throw the first punch they pull a 9 out of their waist band and turn your stomach into bad Chinese food. Because that's what's going to happen if you **** with the wrong person. And then your dumb ass will be dead, your wife will be ******* another dude (which I bet with your beta ass I bet she already is) and the guy can say you assaulted him first and he was defending himself.

But that's besides the point. Have you ever even been more than a handful of fights? Stabbed someone or been stabbed? Shot someone or been shot at? I highly doubt it. It's easy to talk about, actually going through it without your hands trembling and puking all over yourself because you don't have the stones is another story. By then the dude would've run off with your cash, car and/or girl calling you a straight *****.

And actually the gun laws are pretty damn similar to the USA except concealed carry. Not that it matters - some people will ALWAYS be armed regardless of the laws.

@pawian

Thats precisely what "no one cares" means - I along with everyone else or to be more specific the majority of Poles dont give a ****. Not even the lefty jew owned papers like wyborcza cry scandal at half the **** you consider scandalous.

Meanwhile things that Poles actually care about and matter to them like POs crooked dealings and kowtowing to the EU agreeing to bring in hordes of turd worlders and pushing the pedal agenda is precisely why theyve performed terribly since 2015 and have basically no chance of winning the presidential election.

Dude it will get worse before it's get better and by May your cops.

Are you a virologist or even an MD? Perhaps you have some sort of crystal ball? How the hell do you know that it's going to get worse and what a governor will do in response a month from now? Like I said, America isn't some cucked country like Germanistan and sadly lately lately Poland where healthy people can't go outside and do what they want. If the governor said that no one is allowed outside and can't drive around you'd have rioting within minutes especially in the hoods. And besides you think I give a **** about the police? **** the police.

Has leftist propoganda brainwashed you that bad where you can't fathom that America is about freedom. This isn't some cucked w European country where everyone obeys the government as they restrict peoples' freedoms and screw the natives over while bending over backwards for turd worlders and jews.

There were even a few parties over the weekend. A few got caught by the cops because of punk ass rat snitches and guess what happened? Nothing. They were told to either make it a smaller group or go home.

Even if you can go where you want then the consultate

It's a consulate, not a consultate... The CONSULATE and the Polski Trojkat are miles apart. Like I said, when I called the consulate last week they expect to be open and if not there will be other directions for voting. And if they close it big deal - PiS will win and PO will lose without my vote anyway. Poles still haven't forgiven PO for kowtowing to the EU and agreeing to bring in hordes or turd worlders or their support for pedaly

foreign residents can vote or none of them -so looks like people like you will be disenfranchised and that it is only right

Indeed residents shouldn't vote. Only Polish citizens, like myself, should have that privilege. People who are of Polish blood, were born in Poland, or obtained citizenship after going through the long process and can speak Polish. It's highly unlikely that such a change will happen as it'd require voting on a new bill and PiS knows that foreigners residing in Poland namely sexpats, LBH's, etc. are liberal. Furthermore, foreigners can already take part in smaller local elections, but presidential, sejm, etc. are up to citizens.

Don't worry PiS will still win and PO will still lose with or without my or other Polish citizens' abroad votes.

If anything, you'd want Polonia to vote considering polls show that the most popular parties are first PO, second PiS, third Korwin.

USA, Canada / Historic(al) Americans and their ties with Poland/Poles [78]

Why is this grey haired American man in Poland?

Poles despise Bernie Sanders. His family took out a bunch of loans, screwed a bunch of people over and ran off to the USA. Very typical of the tiny hat tribe.

Oh, you are as impatient as a young male on the third date

Third date? Seriously rofl!!! Way too long - again... that's pedestal type thinking...

Won't do you much good on May 10th when some copper is stopping you to ask why you are on the street

WTF are you talking about? The USA isn't some crazy country where people get arrested for going outside. I've been working, going to the office here and there, and doing everything the same except for going to retail stores which are closed (or accepting online orders and then handing you your order through the door) and restaurants which having people pick up food curbside. In fact, earlier today I picked up some paint and other supplies to do a spring fix up of my home. There's less cars on the roads, but no one is getting pulled over or arrested just for driving around. In fact now that I think of it there's way less cops on the road than normal as there's less people outside and the dindus aren't shooting each other nearly as much for the time being.

Furthermore, the shelter orders end at the end of April. Everything is expected to reopen as normal except for maybe NYC by May 1. Meaning yes, as a citizen I will be participating in the presidential election at the local Polish consulate unless they decide to accept votes another way if the chinavirus shutdown is extended.

And most importantly PiS is going to win anyway. The Polish citizens will have spoken, so all sexpats and LBH's must stay quiet.

bushas

Wtf is a busha? No such word in Polish.

PiS is going to win, and PO is going to lose. Current Poles show that Duda would get over 50% of the votes. Poles still haven't forgiven PO for kowtowing to the EU and agreed to let in a bunch of kebab and ninjas, not to mention their support for lgbt which the majority of Poles are against.

I wouldnt consider over a decade experience to be novice. A master or professional? No, i dont grow as my main profession. But im well aware of how light affects the plants. Idc about spectrum or the price, the end result is what matters and 9 oz or even more isnt difficult to average esp w indica. To me its a marketing gimick. Its a white light from a powerful metal halide bulb either way. Sure maybe that few shades whiter spectrum will make a difference and give me a few extra gs. So be it, I could also vacuum that off my couch if im a few gs short of a half p.

And speaking of Poland and pot, i wonder what the laws are for having just wild plants in your garden or whatever like as feed for birds and rabbits. My grandparents had it growing like that for years but the last time i visited them they were gone.

The few first times i bought in poland i couldnt helo but laugh. This was before weed became popular like it is now. Dude would ask how much you want - quarter gram, half gram, gram? Im like wtf quarter g half g you expect me to call you each time i roll a blunt? I want an 8th at the very least. He didnt understand 8ths or quarters - next common amount up is a 5 g bag. Weird how weed culture differs like that. I guess because of metric system. It was good bud though like ive never really had bad bud in poland except for what grew in the wild but thats to be expected. It was the same kind of dro as in the usa. Brown/tan hash is also pretty popular, or at least it use to be.

Exactly... it's not worth it especially not for flower. Edibles and carts maybe, but really only carts because at least you know you're getting something legit that doesn't have that vitamin e acetate **** that's been ******* up people's lungs.

Yeah that's what the stiiizy ones are - .5g carts. I pay like 60-70 for them which is a huge rip-off. The dank vapes are 35 for a 1.1 g cart but I stopped buying them after some people were on the news saying they got the same brand and it ****** them up. Thank God I didn't get it - some people ****** up their lungs really bad and apparently permanently.

That's like snapchat dealers. A very bad idea imo especially now with the virus. If you're going to buy online i'd use deep web markets, they're pricier than street price but at least it's safer imo than snapchat. And they have good hallucinogens like actual lsd-25/lsd-50 and not some bullshit 2c-x type research chems passing them as acid. Too bad silk road got shut down = /

Obviously you are a novice as you are totally wrong.

Dude I've been growing since my balls dropped and learned a lot by trial and error even after reading the cannabis growers bible several times. Yes, the lights do matter no one is debating that. However, having 400 watt metal halides and having some fancy metal halides with some sodium or whatever other **** isn't going to make much of a difference especially if your soil is good, your ph is on point, your feeding the ladies well, etc. And no, I'd never use miracle grow or any fertilizer unless it's absolutely necessary to save a few plants and in that case they wouldn't be for my personal stash.

The dispensaries in Illinois have lines waiting to get in. They charge crazy prices though......

They're a rip off. Only thing i'd buy from them is edibles and carts since the ones sold outside of dispensaries are shady asf. There were a bunch from a brand called "dank vapes" and they were found to have vitamin e as cut and it put a lot of people in the hospital. I can get stiiizys from california but they're priced my dude was charging like 60 70 a little ass cart. I've never been to a dispensary here yet so idk what their prices even are, but i'm sure ill be going to them soon to check em out.

Joker
I would never grow in Poland. I just don't think it's worth it. Maybe a few plants for personals, but weed is pretty cheap so it's better to just buy it imo because if you get busted even with a small grow op you're ******. This isn't the USA, Canada or even W Europe. You're looking at doing time in a place like Rawicz or some other miserable prison where they make the USA's SHUs look like a Marriot.

Seriously ? I hope you don't use Miracle Grow fertilizer too.

Spending a few extra on bulbs isn't going to make a huge difference. As long as you have high watt bulbs and are feeding your plants well, checking the ph and **** you'll be fine. And no, i don't use any miracle grow or fertilizer or other **** unless i absolutely have to and that i def won't keep for my own smoking sash.

@Joker

Yeah thats what i use 4x 400 watt metal halides. But regular home depot one i think sylvania brand or some ****.

@johnny reb
Legalization is a loooong way off in poland. Personally i hope it doesnt become legal because its going to create the same situation as here where its hard to find a buyer at 3k a pound. Youre better off cooking meth or homebake heroin in poland. Bigger market, more profit, way easier and the penalties are basically same.

Penalties for simple possession are pretty severe. If you get caught with even a few ounces youre doing minimim 6 months if not a few years. Its hard to say though like with any case it depends on the judge and prosecutor, local politics, caseload, evidence, lawyer, how much cash you have, etc. A decent size grow op youre looking at 3 years minimum maybe even up to 5-7. By comparison theres people doing 5-20 for murder.

News / Anti-Defamation League want Macierewicz (Poland defense minister) appointment withdrawn - GW [42]

Because I don't believe it's a mere "cohencidence" that the way jews actually operate in the modern world matches the protocols - control of media, finance, politics... funding ngos to subvert societies, bringing in migrants to destroy a nation's culture and traditions to be replaced with consumerist multikulti...

Henry Ford explained this well in The Dearborn Independent especially the "The International Jew: The World's Foremost Problem" publications. Take the article "The Jewish Art of Changing Names" - this was well practiced in Poland during and after the PRL years - decades after the articles were published.

Conclusion

Then there'd be another conclusion - it's their own fault.

You can`t know all those businesses so well. Do you have your men in each of them so that you know what is happening there?

Of course not, but by having an MBA and taking numerous business law classes I'm well aware of what the hiring, wage, etc. laws are. Furthermore, having worked in many different businesses including in management roles I know for a fact that women and men were paid the same salary for the same job, same experience, etc.

News / Thousands of Polish women attend Czarny Piątek rally in Warsaw [780]

It doesn`t matter, whether I would give her the same wage already while hiring or in due course later on

Actually it does matter. Now that makes sense - you wouldn't immediately go up to her and offer the same wage as the $30 guy if she's already agreed to $25, instead you'd wait around to see if she's worth increasing her wage by $5 and not arbitrarily increase her wage a day after being hired just to match a man who managed to negotiate a higher salary. No one would say hey, I know the job posting said $25 an hour, and you agreed to it yesterday - but since there's a man we just hired today that's making $30 I'm going to give you the same as him.

I decide about wages and they will be equal regardless of gender coz I like it like that.

Except you just contradicted yourself by stating you would wait to find out if she is as good as the male worker, which makes total sense - no business person in their right mind would go up to a person and offer them a raise when they didn't ask for it just because a person of the other gender negotiated a higher salary.

In my 15+ years of working in businesses both large publicly traded ones, smaller businesses, and running our own family business I've never seen a female with the same title, same experience, same capabilities be paid a smaller salary than a man. And I sure as **** know that 99.9% of businesses in the USA and other developed countries like Poland are the same because if there was wage discrimination then they'd get sued.

If anything, the only wage/hiring discrimination that occurs is with seniors. Businesses often don't want to hire someone that's too old because well one they're old, they get sick more often, probably won't be there for a long time, and don't have the same mental and physical capabilities as a younger person. And if they do hire them, they'll give them a smaller wage than a younger person for the same job.
