How do I make my Polish sound more 'natural?'

Aside from the obvious of improving my grammar, how can I sound more like a native when speaking Polish?

You can record native speaker's speech, play it and just move your lips making people around you think that it's you talking.

I would prefer a meaningful answer, please @Wulkan

say 'wiesz' and 'w dupie kurwa' in a whiny voice a lot

Actually, as far as I know, not necessarilly 'polskie'. ;)
They meant no harm, I bet.
Listen to native speakers, watch films, listen to music in Polish. You may actually try recording yourself to compare your speech to native speakers' and practice.

It takes time, though.

Using google translator isn't going to improve your Polish either.

lol thanks, no I didn't, I was just remembering how my Polish x brother in law used to go on, we do impressions of him in our house when we are bored, 'w dupie kurwa' in a high pitched whine...

Also he would say 'nie?' at the end of every sentence which did grate after a while...

Anyway he has been deported now...or rather detained at Calais on the way back in...what a pity..

Polish girls always love my American accent while trying to speak Polish, messing up words, they think its so cute..lol

That is quite common thing, It was always happening to me in the UK with the British women.

I recommend listening to, that is, watching good, contemporary Polish movies WITHOUT English subtitles! If anything, perhaps close-caption subtitles in Polish so that you can see as well as hear what is being said!

Recommended might be "Ida" and "Kret", the latter anyway, an outstanding film with a riveting plot and decent acting.

oooh yes as a learner I was delighted to watch this movie without subtitles, and generally got what was going on...

"Zmruz oczy" from the early '00's is another excellent movie with which to practice "natural", idiomatic, and colloquial speech! I watched it without any subtitles whatsoever, eventually switching over to Polish captions in order to help me visualize what the characters were saying. Worked like a charm.

Just took out "Noz we wodzie" - 1962!
Can't wait.
