Trying to identify locations of WW2 photos from Poland and elsewhere

I'm (finally) researching my father's travels from Poland to the RAF in England, and beyond. He kept a diary of locations starting in 1939; many city names documented using his Polish language. There are also many old photos with dates and places written on the backs, and many without. I've tried to sort the photos chronologically as best as I can. Is there some place, website, organization, person(s) that would assist me in identifying locations on photos, in his diary? My goal is to make a photobook using all these, really interesting photos. Thank you.

Is there some place, website, organization,

Polish historical fora, for example. There are a few big ones.
E.g, historycy.org/
Go to their WW2 board and ask a question about your photos. They will do their best to help you. Use Chrome browser for instant translation.

@MarysiaPraw, here's a section about RAF on historycy.org:

historycy.org/index.php?showforum=141

There's also a good Polish forum about WWII - dws.org.pl. I'm not sure in which section you should write there though... Maybe this one:

dws.org.pl/viewforum.php?f=76

Or this one:

dws.org.pl/viewforum.php?f=15&sid=93a25dc897a36cd049ebccb37aaa3aea
