Can anyone tell me about the 17DP 72nd Cyclist Company of 1939? Poland's Poznan Army

My father-in-law was in the 17DP 72nd Cyclist Company in the Poznan Army in 1939 does anyone have any information about this regiment? Also, what did the DP mean? Thank you.

DP means Infantry Division ( Dywizja Piechoty ), so sounds like he was in the 17th Infantry division of the PoznaƄ Army. Not sure what the 72nd Cyclist Company bit is about though. This infantry division was involved in the Battle of the Bzura in September 1939:
