cans of sardines.

Sardines were available only during prosperity times. While at other, only winter sprats. But as I love both, it didn`t really matter to me which ones were or weren`t on sale.

Did you know that what Poland experienced under communism is what is planned for the United States?

Norman Dodd: youtube.com/watch?v=EKMY9xSNud0

Yuri Besminov: youtube.com/watch?v=Z1EA2ohrt5Q

I want to flee the United States.

Tomorrow I will speak at a community college on this very same subject: Sovietization of America.

What a lovely Christmas treat for the lucky students - most of whom probably can't find Russia on a world map thanks to the woeful American education system. Maybe a lesson in world geography first before you deal with history. But best of luck. Hope it goes well.

I will ask them if they can...and how they feel about their government's desperate attempts to cut up Russia into smaller pieces to promote the world's freedom and democracy - just as in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Ukraine...

Who is your favorite Soviet critic, Yuri Bezmenov or Norman Dodd?

I am curious, I wonder what Polish Catholicism was like before communism. Did you know once people were "educated" religeous views changed as well...?

Today afternoon, already twilight hours, I saw a view which reminded me of the old days - namely, a car with yellow tinted head lights. In communist times, a lot of drivers used them coz they allegedly allowed better vision in foggy conditions.

yellow tinted head lights.

In France such lights were mandatory for a long time. Maybe it was some French vintage car.

Communism is a wonderful system until you graduate. I loved every minute of it and the free things it offered. K to MSEE 100% free...

Then you do what I did: Switch to capitalism. In the first year in the US, my annual salary could buy three brand-new cars.

It's like working in NYC and retiring in Alabama.

Did I mention something about me being a genius?

Hey, stupid, I already lived in "communism" and I loved it until I got the first paycheck.

I loved the Red Army, all 300,000 of them, to keep Western azholes from "liberating" Poland Vietnam style. Or Iraq.

Memo to the Red Army: I am sure most of you are already dead. I still want to thank you for standing guard and keeping Americans and Brits away from Poland.

You must be Jewish...

You know why Soviet Communism did not last?
It went bankrupt.

Nobody must be Jewish. Either you are Jewish or you are not.
I am not Jewish.

It went bankrupt.

Soviets were as communoist as some male azholes here are women. Both are pretend games.

Just like the priests who molest little boys. They are atheists. If they believed in God, they would also believe in Hell - the final destination for their crimes.

The main reason why I still love the USSR is Gagarin and Latka. Without them, the US would not start "brain drain".

Without brain drain, I would not be allowed to immigrate to the US.

How could I become Jewish to immigrate?

I didn't know that only Jews are allowed to immigrate to the US.

only Jews are allowed to immigrate to the US.

Yes, in 1968.
You had got that opportunity 3 years earlier. It means your family had good connections in communist system.

so who's the father of these bastards? You havent seen anything. Most of these people are on charges that are universal and they have no place to go. Just going to parish, which is never existing like becoming nothing. And no, no one will remember you. shame will eat them alive just remembering your molesting names.

Yes! Those old traditions is sth that keeps us together!

Because of our traditions, we've kept our balance for many, many years. Here in Poland we have traditions for everything... how to sleep, how to eat, how to work, how to wear clothes, how to keep carp for Christmas. This shows our constant devotion to Goddess. Ha!!!

E.g, it hosted Rolling Stones` concert in 1967. Amasing! The event took place in the Congress Hall. Poland was the only country of the Eastern block where the group performed in 1960s.

Such spectacular concerts were rare but still took place in the most joyful barracks of communism which Poland was. I can`t remember Rolling Stones` gig for obvious reasons but I do remember the concert by Kraftwerk, the German electronic rock band, in 1981. I saw TV coverage in the evening news and still have in my mind`s eyes that young man who was interviewed by the communist reporter and who spoke in an intelligent manner about the group and the significance of their appearance in Poland torn by acute economic crisis.
I was under great impression of his comments and decided to read and study even more to be like him one day - an intelligent, knowledgeable, decent man.

Can you imagine that Kraftwerk are still active and they come to give concerts in Poland????

appearance in Poland torn by acute economic crisis.

There were a lot of concerts at the "Spodek" in Katowice at that time, I remember, for example, the Budgie concert which I attended as a student.
