Trying to locate my Grandfather's family in Supliski area. Is there a list of Catholic churches in the area? Would they have gone to a church in Punsk, or is that too far from Supliski?

Trying to locate Forencewicz history. He was from the Suplicki (Suwalki area) area of Poland. How would I find what Catholic church the family would have used? Would they look up records for you? What is the process?

Town was Szypliszki (Suwalki area) but no idea of Roman Catholic parish and district. How can I find these out?

Was there a town near Suwalki that was/sounds like Rosishe? Found a document but I think that was how the name sounded to the person recording the document...

I am finding 1817 records for a Kosciol/Kosciolo Parish in the Suwalki area. It was a Roman Catholic church or churches. Does any one have any idea of where or which churches would have been in this parish?

The word kościół means church.

Kościół Parafialny means parish church
