Sielicki Army records and ancestors records in Poland.

I am looking for any Army records for Jos(z)ef Sielicki who was born 12th august 1916 in Belarus. He served in the army, and was in some army camps first in Italy, then in England, he met his wife around 1945 in England and married her in 1949, Rochdale, Lancashire. She was also Polish - I have their marriage certificate but not much more.

Can anyone help with either of these?
