You need to contact the church as well as the Registrar's Office in Lublin for more info. It's surprising how much additional information you can get there - I know, my dad did that sort of research for our family.

KUSZEWSKI: porbably root kusza (crossbow); probbaly topo nick from Kusze or Kuszewo

ŚLEDZIEWSKI: root-wrod śledź (herrign); probably topo nick from Śledzie or Śledziejowice

DZIURDZIŃSKI: probably topo nick from Dziurdziów, most likely derived from György (pronounced Dziurdź), Hungarian equivalent of George).

Wincentyna klementyna Kuszewska (nee Śledziewska) born approximately 1870 brother Bolesław sledziewski and parents where Marcin & teofila sledziewski (nee gorska). Wincentyna is my great grandmother, my grandmother krystyna Maria Kuszewska was born approx 1910, no known siblings, I'm trying to find birth records/baptisms for Wincentyna? Does anyone know where to start? I've check the LDS records and have had no luck :(

My grandfather was Bronislaw Sledziewsky (1887-1942), married Frances Sodoski (1882-1951) in Lublin, migrated to US in 1899. He was 1 of 6 children born to Marcin and Teofila. He and my grandmother raised 10 children.
