I have a beautiful condo at 851 North Glebe Rd in Arlington, VA for sale from a Polish speaking owner. The apartment is 638 sq ft, with one bath, built in 2003. Your zillow link said it sold for 725 in 2020, surely if he's selling for 380 cash that's a good investment?

If he's putting it on here, I'd guess that there aren't people lining up on the kerb competing to buy it.

That was not his unit.
He didn't say which unit number was his for obvious reasons.
There are many suits at that address as you can see in the picture of that huge building complex.
They vary in price from $300k to over $750k.
He is trying to cut out a relator to avoid paying them their 7% commission, so it isn't getting much exposure to sell.
Add in there the inspection fee, closing costs, taxes and etc.
And jon is right, if he has to put it on a site like this, he is desperate trying to find a Polish person as a buyer that doesn't understand all the other costs involved.

Call him and ask him which unit it is in that building and ask him what the closing costs will be (thousands) and if he has had it inspected.

Once we know which unit it is we can google Zillow.com/ home details and find out exactly the details on it.
Where is Cargo when we need him ?
