Power of Attorney to sell land in Poland from Australia

Hello Everybody,
Given the situation that is brewing in Europe i believe it is unwise to go to Poland in person, but i need to sell a block of land there.

Long story short, my parents have a block of land and they have given "power of attorney" to lady but she is mucking them/us around for years and not selling it.

I need to find a way to remove her power of attorney and somehow find someone to sell it and transfer the money to my parents.

Do i look for a lawyer there? do i look for a real estate agency that deals with overseas owners? What documents are required?
I would really appreciate some help and/or contacts.
Thanking you all in advance,
Krzysiek.

@Paulina
Mass migration from incompatible cultures, most euro countries getting more and more involved in fighting Russia.....but hey what could possibly go wrong.

@Gorilla, life in Poland is completely normal :))) It's probably safer here than in Australia with that crazy wildlife you have there ;D

You can come to Poland and take care of that issue in person, trust me - I live here :))

Mass migration from incompatible cultures

Where? In Poland?? lol 🤨

But, hey, if you don't believe me, here's a video made by a couple of foreign travellers about whether Poland is safe to visit or not due to RuSSia's invasion of Ukraine:

A lot of people live in Australia yet dont know what is going on here either. Dont thnk its wise to visit Poland at this time thus i want to find an alternative solution.

You know youtube blocks any videos that are negative right? I can show you platforms that show the darker side of Poland, like ukranians beating up Polish kids for refusing to say "slava ukrania", but hey of course it is pointless to highlight this as we both know you wont look and if i post the links i will be kicked off this forum. So please save the "poland is still great" because its not

@Gorilla, I see you prefer to believe your own delusions than the reality on the ground. That's strange, but whatever floats your boat :))) 🤦

Of course, it's possible that you don't want to waste your money on a trip if you can take care of that issue remotely - that would be a more reasonable explanation of your attitude to me :) I'm afraid I can't help you with that though.

like ukranians beating up Polish kids for refusing to say "slava ukrania"

As far as I remember those were Georgians, not Ukrainians.

the darker side of Poland

Every country has a darker side, including Australia lol Poland is still one of the safest countries in Europe though. And my guess is that Australia has many more immigrants from "incompatible cultures" than Poland does o_O:

Ooohh, are you some kind of RuSSian troll or an Australian version of a Konfederacja voter? :D
I rest my case then lol

Ah this is getting funny, quite clearly you regurgitate what the television tells you to. Yes other places have violence, but in Poland crime is going off the scale and the Police have been specifically told not to say "ukranians" were the perpetrators of crimes...........this was exposed by a number of police officers (but not on your television so you wouldnt know this). Your nowhere near bright enough to even understand that you have been indoctrinated. Using words such as "Russian Troll"hahahahaha. And why would i support Konfederacja? their controlled opposition. I support "ruch dobrobytu i pokoju" but that party is not represented on your television so you would not know they exist in Poland. Damn i bet you still support the so called "vaccine" but you will refuse to read the drug trial data pfizer was forced to release in the courts in USA.........but again as it was not on your television you will regurgitate the term "crazy conspiracy theorist" or maybe "anti vaxxer" because your nowhere near bright enough to research but just smart enough to regurgitate the television. You might want o research "echo chamber" hahaha

I don't think you should go out in public at all - anywhere :) By the sound of you, you risk being carried away by the men in white coats.

Anyway, to answer your original question, the best thing to do is to use a Polish lawyer based in Melbourne just to get things rolling. A couple of examples below:

@Atch, yeah, maybe it's better if he doesn't come to Poland after all - we have enough of nutjobs - no need for more lol

Ah this is getting funny

Indeed lol

I support "ruch dobrobytu i pokoju" but that party is not represented on your television so you would not know they exist in Poland.

You mean like this? lol:

echodnia.eu/radomskie/wybory-2023-spotkanie-z-wyborcami-ruchu-dobrobytu-i-pokoju-w-radomiu/ar/c1-17943257

Your nowhere near bright enough to even understand that you have been indoctrinated.

Dude, I live here... in Poland... lol 🤦

i made the mistake of going here.

Seeing as I provided you with some advice regarding your legal dilemma, it would be in order to say thank you. Manners do seem to be sadly on the decline in these times.

Where is the land in Poland? What is the permitted use of the land? How big is it?I can find out the rest info myself if you can PM me the address.

I might be interested in buying it if it fits my criteria. Also I can help you guide through the selling process remotely if you want.
