Please i wanna know how much child support payment should someone who resides outside Poland but within the EU should pay to his child mother living in Poland monthly...?

It is your responsibility to pay as much as you can afford if it is your child I would have thought.

Here is the CSA calculator for UK. Dont know what the deal is outside EU.

secureonline.dwp.gov.uk/csa/v2/en/calculate-maintenance.asp

It is your responsibility to pay as much as you can afford if it is your child I would have thought.

It isn't always that simple. For example - mother goes back to Poland, meets someone else, denies access to child - father ends up paying for mother and new partners lifestyle - child grows up with Polish grandparents.

How much would you pay in that scenario - wouldn't you rather put it in a trust fund or something ?

Please i really wanna know what would be a reasonable amount to pay for CHILD SUPPORT in Poland. I am currently paying €300 monthly and my polish child mother wants more money though she is a professional Interior Designer in Poland! I really needs some help because she wants to take me to court in UK. Then i would have to pay more because of UK family law based on my salary as a Software Engineer....

I thought they were supposed to take more money than that. I just had a play with their calculator, and I adjusted just about everything but my income. Sometimes I didn't have to pay anything, although sometimes as much as a tenner (shocking). I know that if I had a child I had to pay for, I wouldn't want to pay so little.

The problems begin when someone thinks they can get more and finds a legal process to feed this. It's a pity for every child with seperated parents, particularly if they are turned into a weapon for squeezing money out of the other parent. On the other hand, how do these payments work? What if I was only paying £8 per week? How much goes to the child.

I should point out now that I neither have children, an ex-wife or a job that pays a vast fortune.

Edit. I hope she screws you for what you have, having seen what you wrote about Polish women!

Only ways to avoid being taken for every penny you have is to leave England go back to Pakistan!

I am not from Pakistan. I am from UK and resides in England. I didn't write anything about Polish women that are not true. I am currently going out with a Polish girl. There are smart, intelligent and hard working Polish women in UK and Ireland. On the dark side, there are also some Polish prostitutes and Gold Diggers in UK and Ireland!

Liar, you wrote (on another thread) that Polish women are prostitues who will sell themselves for a 2/3K for anyone who wants a Polish passport.

I am not from Pakistan. I

The way you write says otherwise...

What! you think only Polish women act this way!!! pff!

I am from UK and resides in England

You mean you "reside", you see your constant use of plurals tells me a different story...

The same as English and Irish prostitutes; this doesn't prove anything except your generalisations of people.

Please, you didn't understand the content of that post or what is the meaning of contract as in a marriage.

You need more english classes. Seriously, you need to improve your english language comprehension and understanding skills....

Sorry to be pedantic over this, but as a proofreader of English you are 100% wrong and it should be "reside" not "resides".

I asked a simple question on Child Support Payment in Poland. I wanna know how much would be reasonable to pay per month. Please i wanna know why is difficult for a Polish citizen to give a simple answer to a simple question? Because asking this simple question--led to my written english called into question and nationality....

I think really, you should look at your behaviour on other posts.
Just because you have been hurt in a relationship with a Polish woman and saying another Post, "There are a lot of Polish prostitutes that would take your money and disappear to Warsaw or Wroclaw were they came from", doesn't really help your case.

I ask you, how would you react if the tables were turned and this was a British forum and saw someone saying the things you write?

how long is a piece of string, how much do you earn how much does she earn what are her circumstances, why do you expect to get answers from here and especially now you have been so rude and disrespectful about Polish women...And as for your nationality, you may have a British passport, but you most certainly are not British born, so go back to wherever you came from and stop insulting women! Get a solicitor like most normal people would!

What do you know about british or british born...? I am not disrespectful about Polish women. What i did write about in the other posts are true about some Polish women in UK and Ireland period.

you seem to know a lot about that subject.

As UK said, ask your present girlfriend since she is a Polish citizen, unless you don't want her to know that you have a child in Poland. LOL

Something doesn't add up in your request, so don't waste our time here.

Hmmmm......I know the syndrome but cant think of the word for it.....guy has sex with girl, girl gets pregnant, man starts acting like an arse, its all the girls fault, all of a sudden shes unatractive. They split up, guy gets all peed off because if the girl isn't getting emotional support she needs his financial support. Guy believes he is getting done and all women are prostitutes.

Hmmmm.......whats the word for that again.....maybe you could help me out here ?

Judging by the nick ("goon") he's either Indian (since it's a Sanscrit termin) or American (but doesn't suspect what that means in AE).

If first then his reasoning about other immigrants in the UK (especially of a female gender) sounds hilarious.

I am not allowed to see my son and this ***** keeps calling for MONEY!

It's not pay for view
Pay as much as required I think its 15% for one child. Then Brithdays, Christmas etc

The point is your child didnt ask to be born now provide for him

Goon2020, whatever ur problem is, just pay a few hundred quids and get a solicitor and/or an accountant to sort you out.

Keeping ur child support to a minimum is no different to minimizing ur income tax.

Discussing an extremely personal issue on an internet forum is neither smart nor helpful.

He maintains he's British, but to be honest Sasha a lot of people in the UK instist that they are "British" this is the reason I prefer to be called "English" it kind of sets up apart!

You wanna be called "English"! You have lost it woman! You don't like Asians in UK. The Asians are more hard working and pay high taxes...without them UK health care system would be in peril....
