Love / Are you in a Polish-nonPolish relationship? [150]

Ah but being beautiful doesn't necessarily mean physically :)

Bossie- Be thankful that at least he helps you out at home :) Maybe he thinks he'll lose the masculinity in the eyes of others. I've spoke to many women that claim the husband never even picked up a dish or went into the refridgerator.

Travel / Zakopane in August/September [13]

Winter tourism in zakopane isn't as bad as the summer months. I was also there in October and it wasn't nearly as crowded. I love winter in Poland :)

Life / American moving to Poland [34]

In US, illegal aliens, Mexicans and other Latin Americans do that type of work.
It is least desirable work, pay is minimal.

Well, believe it or not the Mexicans that work in our farms make more money than most food preparation jobs. The average according to the AFBF(American Farm Bureau Federation) is $9.50 - $14.35 Per hr which is more than minimum wage. In Florida some illegals are making up to $20 for harvesting tobacco. But, they're the only ones that want to do this type of job. The families in Mexico are living well wile we pay for their health care when they get sick.

Travel / pickpockets or gangsters in poland? [49]

There are professionals that work the train stations. Especially in Warsaw. I'd worry more about pick pockets there than gangsters.

He's actually correct when it comes to the McDonalds being cleaner. I found that most PL ff restaurants are cleaner than ours.... McDonalds, KFC.

Wujeck...come on :) There are McDonald's everywhere I went in Poland....and Ive been around.

Love / Do Polish guys have a different approach to dating than others guys? [50]

Guys in America are sick and corrupt

Maybe just the losers you're meeting. Losers are everywhere...pretty childish remark. Are you 12?

Guys in America are sick and corrupt. Some keep notebooks with the names of all the women they've been with

Where are these guy's from? I don't know one person that does this. maybe you're looking near High Schools.

Americans are obsessed with their dicks

Another pithy comment. Obviously..... You don't know sh!t :)

They are like this "precious jewel", they devote themselves and seek..................

Gag

Really. It's pretty obvious that you were mistreated. Maybe you can go to another country to meet a man...get mistreated again(cause it seems you attract this type) and talk shit about them too :)

All they eat are burgers, fries and sodas. And they wonder why so many heart attacks? They go to Europe, and the first thing they look for is a McDonald's

You are completely out of your mind. All you do is spew anti-american BS. Can you please stop generalizing? Why are you being such a troll? If you have a valid point to argue that's fine because this is a forum. Please stop posting nonsense that you have no clue about.

I really wouldnt bother with the above, it's long winded and 90% not very interesting.

This may be interesting for other people to see. I loved it...but I also appreciate sculpture. The huge chapel that was carved out of the cavern is amazing! And yes, the ladied love the mustache :})

I agree with you to a point. But, not all Americans think like this. I don't look for burgers and fries when I'm in PL and the people I know staying in PL don't either. Yes, we do have a large(literally :) population of people who do eat this stuff on a daily basis...god help them.....but that's not all of us. I eat a homemade cooked meal everyday(yes, from scratch)and so do the majority of people that I associate with. It's very popular to have a garden and grow your own veggies these days.

News / Poland- Visa Waiver Program [55]

But the biggest problem is not the Polish citizens coming here, but the mexicans who illegally cross the borders.

Actually the biggest problem is the refusal percentage being 30% in Poland. We require a 3% in order to be eligible. I just hope that Poland is working on this.

once you have tasted lighter foods, such as fresh fish/seafoods/lean meats and fresh variety of vegetables and fruits you may change your opinion..

I guess that depends on who's cooking for you in PL. I had plenty of fresh fish there just last month. Every dish in PL isn't "heavy". There are so many dishes in PL beacuse they cook different things in different areas. For example on the Baltic coast. There I had fresh fish at my disposal.

Life / Cell phone options in Poland? [55]

Krysia,
Does your cell phone consist of two empty aluminum cans connected by a string?

I don't know. Never opened the thing up.

LOL. Maybe she didn't get that.

The V3i is definitely nice. I like my Sliver.

News / Poland- Visa Waiver Program [55]

Begging is pathetic anyway. I'd hope not. I think it requires help from the US anyway. I just got hers for $500 through a friend of a friend who's an immigration officer(in the legal dept:) It worked out well.

once u got the visa you can be returned from the airport in THE US just because some stupid immigration officer thinks it's right to do so.

Which is BS. Don't believe everything you hear.
