Most land of East Germany and coastal lands of Germany were settled by Slavic tribes. One such group was called Polab Slavs made up of these tribes; Chyżanie, Czrezpienianie, Tolężanie and Redarowie and smaller groups like Wkrzanie, Morzycy and Rzeczanie. The second large group was called Serbsko-£użycka group who were made up by such tribes as; £użyczanie, Miliczanie, Selpoli, Bieżuńczanie, Serbowie, Żytycy, Koledzicy, Żyrmuntowie, Susłowie and Dalemińcy.

During the reign of Karol Wielki or Carolus Magnus in case you still wonder who it is you might know him as Charlemagne there was a border established between Germanic tribes and Slavic tribes the so called “limes Saxoniae” which ran along the Elbe river all the way to where the mouth of the river finally reaches the sea. Lands east of that line were not forced to take on the Christianity and Charlemagne was satisfied whith just the tribute being oaid to him by the Slavic princes who ruled that land and for the moste part were allied with him against their rival Germanic tribes. That was in the year 789 after the Charlemagne's and his Germanic allies campaign against prince of the Wielet tribe Dragowit.

In 795 prince Wiczan was assassinated by the German tribe Sas during the German rebellion against Charlemagne and the Franks, and in 798 prince Drożko defeats the German tribe Sas at the battle of Święciana. Even after the death of Charlemagne in 814 there was relative peace and quiet till around the year 844 when Ludwik the German initiates his eastward campaign against the Slavic tribes. Not until the death of the last Rugian prince Waclaw III in 1325 that the Germans are finally in the full control of the lands that are East Germany and the coast west of Oder river.

I think that as the last survivors of the Slavic Tribes in that region the Serbs should govern the region as their own, after all it is.

Originally probably Góralczyk but both forms exist in Poland. Goralczyk is found mainly around Katowice, Góralczyk mainly around Kraków Wadowice also around Kolno NE Poland. Eastern Polish patronymic turned-surname probably meaning son of a highlander, but if you prefer Hillbilly it's OK too.

saw eye to eye on many issues. His appointment came about not because Lenin liked him or even admired him but simply because he was one of the powerful grass root leaders of the communist movement and as such he could not have been ignored or overlooked by Lenin. Looks like a deformed "Kozak" to me. Now here’s something for Sasha. Russian flavor of the Polish name of mushroom. As for the “podgrzybek” you can usually find them at the edge of the forest and in SE Poland they are plentiful. I rarely pick them, there are better variety to pick but if the pickings are slim of course you take those too.


Because there’s a variety picked in Poland "Czubajka" or "kania" (Macrolepia procera) that is very similar to and often confused with "muchomor sromotnikowy" (Amanita phalloides) "death cap" which is lethal. They are excellent; the way to prepare them is to fry them up in batter like a pork chop. But this one is not even close to neither one.

Perhaps my comment was uncalled for especially on a public forum, but your comments and reasoning is immature. Given the position you hold at the place of your employment you should have know better than let your emotions and personal life choices dictate your ability to make sound decisions on behalf and in the best interest of the employer. You are unfit to hold such position in the first place. What you describe as acts of kindness and friendship can only be viewed as playing favoritism to one particular group simply because you like the girl. Even this so called act of kindness as it was described by you was not a selfish act but rather a sinister plot on your behalf hoping to get something in return.
