This seems to reflect the source of Michal's Polish "skills". The term "doprowadzić" in this context is used in some areas of Poland in reference to cattle. What he considers correct sounds funny though :)

I may get shot down in flames when I say this, but it might help for foreigners to make the effort to speak English when they're shopping etc. It shows that they're happy to live here and want to make this their home, rather than create an enclave of their homeland.

How do you know these "foreigners" weren't born here? I was, and I speak both English and Polish everywhere, and I don't even have a foreign accent (or bad dress sense, haha) either. When I'm abroad, I speak Italian, Polish, Czech and French, though, lol.

Agree 100%. All my closest friends are female, and I have never/will never sleep with any of them...oh ok, you've twisted my arm, there is one, but I know she doesn't fancy me (I'm just not here type) so it's never going to happen.

The key is probably to have same-sex friends who you know you will never find sexually attractive. I know a lot of the women on here won't believe me, but I'm one of those rare men who WON'T just sleep with anything.

Agreed, I've never really thought of it like this, but I can see how some people might think it sounds like an "f". Like some people say ni ma instead of nie ma, or others who say Gůrny Ślůnsk instead of Górny Śląsk... though actually I'm going a little off-topic now aren't I, haha. bedtime I think :)

No offence m8, but it would be much better to learn normal conversational Polish first; Polish religious texts are not only more difficult to read than e.g. a magazine, but they also use a lot of archaic language as well. While I respect your interest in our language and its religious texts, it would surely be better to learn how to ask a for cup of coffee or how to ask a Polish woman for a date in Polish, than learning the names of the 12 apostles in Polish. ;) :)

unless you're planning to be a Polish priest of course, lol ;)

HP Sauce above, advertised by Frank Bruno back in the day. Poor Frank, he went off the rails. Lee&Perrins is from Birmingham too, Heinz make a good Worcestershire sauce.

I ran out of HP Sauce, so I had to have Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce on my potato waffles today. And very nice it was too. :)

One of my exes is from Birmingham, but I wouldn't want her for breakfast LOL.
