Love / This is probably going to be silly but.. I really want a Polish boyfriend [44]

I REALLY want a Polish boyfriend...and eventually a husband. The problem is that I am not 100% polish, only about 75%. I also can't speak the language, but I'm trying very hard to learn! Do you think him and his family would still accept me? Or am i completely hopeless...? I'm willing to change for him. I know i sound silly, what do you guys think? Thanks for reading, Take care (:

Nope I'm sorry but he won't accept you. You'll have to settle for a black man...!

News / What if Russia decide to liberate Scottland from England? Polish position [152]

English Independence!

'Independence Dividend'
There will be a financial gain for English people from independence, perhaps £20 BILLION (£20,000,000,000) a year in the case of Scotland. This money could, for example, be 'ring-fenced' for our English National Health Service.

We are concerned about the 'North : South Divide' and the more general problem of economically depressed areas throughout England. Independence will allow us to transfer our attention from Europe, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales to the NEEDY AREAS OF ENGLAND. We will build the fastest Rail Link in the world between Folkstone, Kent, and Newcasle-upon-Tyne, via London and Manchester. Being the inventors of the railway, we will work to keep such rail links faster than any foreign system.

We, the English, are a people and a nation.

We, the English, have existed as a people living in the land
of England for 1500 years, and it is our intention to
continue to live eternally as a people in the land of England.

We. the English, declare our intention to
preserve our identity, our unity, and our independence.

We, the English, wish to live in harmony with all other
nations around the world in a state of peace and goodwill.

We, the English, wish to cooperate fully in
the effort by all nations around the world to work
together to create a secure and prosperous world based
on the integrity of each nation-state.

News / What if Russia decide to liberate Scottland from England? Polish position [152]

Cool :) It just reminded me of sb who felt safe when eavesdropping in a pub in Belfast. He was ultra casual and thought no one suspected him of picking up info.

He left the pub with IRA secrets, only to be accosted outside and subjected to the usual treatment. Tarred and feathered and shot in the kneecaps.

The moral is that u just never know how others are thinking and will react.

Be safe

I'll delete it lol. It's served its purpose anyway. Crow has read it :) Thanks!

ENGLISH BY THE GRACE OF GOD!

put cross on yourself man, put cross. Do it few times

You don't make sense.

i see only that you humiliates yourself here

Come again? Haha!

I'm not a nationalist but a show of patriotism is nice to serve a purpose. If Britain were to come under attack, we'd club together and forget our national differences.

I'm not really for Independence of England. In fact I'm the opposite. I'm British just as much as I'm English. Why break up a union that has helped the British Isles to become a fortress? The same union that helped defeat the Germans.

"United we stand, divided we fall" is so true when it comes to the case of Britain. When all the nations of the UK join together it becomes so powerful. It's one not to mess with.

As I've said in the past, "we wouldn't have survived the Battle of Britain. When Britain unites (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) then we are a force to contend with. The word "British" and "Britain" are powerful words. I am just as much proud to be British as I am English."

and just to relate to this topic...russia would just nuke england. there would not be a ground war..

Russia wouldn't dream of it. England would retaliate with her nukes. There are no winners in a nuclear war.

Very doubtful. England would retaliate with her nukes. There are no winners in a nuclear war.

I thought I was a tit! O.O

You've just contradicted yourself there. Spot it. Another thing, sort your frigging English out. Russia wouldn't dream of setting a nuke on England. Britain has its nuclear weapons scattered throughout the ocean and would be launched with just a push of a button.

It doesn't matter how many nukes Russia has. Britain has less nukes than Russia but has enough nukes to destroy Russia. But as I said there are no winners in a nuclear war. Just losers. Nobody would dream of using nuclear weapons on anyone. Nukes are only used as deterrents

Britain is increasing and updating its nuclear submarines. The new trident system will be entering the waters soon.
Since the retirement of the last Royal Air Force WE.177 nuclear bomb in 1998, the British nuclear system has been wholly submarine-based. This helps to deter a potential enemy because they cannot ensure eliminating the entire stockpile in a first strike if a ballistic missile submarine (SSBN) remains undetected.

O.O HAHAHAHA!

Britain is smaller then Russia and has less nukes. I would say, strategicaly, Britain does not have any chance to survive and Russia has

not to mention that, speaking hipotheticaly, Russia for sure wouldn`t target whole Britain but only England- center of British hegemonism

Russia realy does not have any necesity to invade Britain (England). After Russian `artillery preparations`, job would finish Scottland and Ireland, if there is anybody left to fight in England

You have no idea what Britain's nuclear missiles are capable of doing lol. We don't have as many as Russia but we do have a hell of a lot of missiles and it IS enough to destroy Russia with missiles remaining which is the reason why Russia wouldn't DREAM of setting one on England or even Britain as it would come.

If Russia declared war on "England" then no matter what the reason was Scotland aswell as Wales and Northern Ireland would side with us. Even IF Scotland was liberated, which is very unlikely, Scotland and England would still be neighbouring allies. There are alot of Scottish people that are proud to be a part of the British Union. Take Glasgow Rangers fans for example, they fly the flag of Britain in all of their games. They sing British songs during matches. They're a patriotic set of fans. There are many, many Scots that live in England and there are bloody thousands of them in Blackpool near where I live. The Scottish people that want to become Independent don't choose to because they hate Britain because the Scottish doesn't hate Britain. The Scottish just want to be recognised in the world. They want their own independently run country. Who can blame them? Gordon Brown and his labour party are knobsacks. When you think of Britain what always springs to mind? The answer is England. This happens more often than not in the U.S.

But make no mistake, Scotland does not hate England in the way you think they do. They like to banter, they like to whine about England, they like to blame England but trust me on this, if a foreign nation dropped a bomb on the capital city of England or a foreign army invaded England then I can assure you that Scotland would join up in a flash.

But as I said, not every Scot wants Independence. It's not likely to happen either.

UK, Ireland / Cold and ignorant Polish girls living in the UK [128]

why are polish girls so cold, they give this sexy image but it is all show they have no personallity, are rude and ignorant, self centered, i have met manny the are cold and sly

I'd disagree. Alot of them are great to talk to and always like to smile. Perhaps you're saying something that you shouldn't? You're not asking them to marry you, are you?

UK, Ireland / Cold and ignorant Polish girls living in the UK [128]

what is it with a lot of blokes on here obsessed with polish birds in the UK? The only time I ever meet them in London they are either serving in canteens or sitting by a crappy reception desk in a 3 star hotel in Paddington. They look pale, clumsy, have no dressing sense and cant string a couple of words together.

I've found many of them are going to attend to university, or as in the case one Polish girl yesterday has FINISHED university but has to improve her English in order to do the job she wants to do. As for "pale, clumsy and no dressing sense?"

...HUH?

do you want my mobile number, daisy

This explains everything Coldpole.

UK, Ireland / Uks population set to become the largest in th EU [13]

It could be worse. We could have had Pakistanis, Syrians, Africans, etc "crawling" into Britain!

I thought the majority of Poles were returning home...?

As it says towards the bottom of that article...

"There are signs that immigration in this country is starting to tail off. If you were to do this again in 2010 or 2011 I think it would be different."

I've yet to meet an ignorant, cold, miserable, moody Polish girl and I've met LOADS. When it comes to the day that I do then I'll ignore her completely and move along.

By the way in the US nobody smiles at the counter. Only the Americans tend to smile but the South Americans look miserable and moody and argumentive when serving customers. Why? I don't know. In the UK it's totally different. The policy is that the customer is always right. If a cust

Life / First Racial Attack for me in Poland [158]

Thats bad luck griff, it was probably a Pole who had a bad experience in England or who's girl friend dumped him and married an English bloke.

If that was the case then what a wimp. He chose to sort it on his own turf rather than on English soil.

However, I don't think this is the case. We get them here in England. If I wanted to be jumped on, knocked out, jaw smashed, etc then I know exactly where to go in England and thank **** that that dump is 150 miles from where I live.

Nottingham can kiss my arse!

it's taken the 4 of them to be brave enough to pick on him.

It always does take more than the one. If you were to cross one of those "hoodies" alone in the streets they wouldn't say or do a thing. They'd keep their heads down. We need to bring back National service!

Manchester is a **** miserable suck hole... But if you're from the South I have a duty to defend her :D

Manchester is a s--hole. I'm from the North near Blackpool! I'm 100% Northern!

There are lots of Poles living around here. They all seem really sweet and polite to me?? Maybe I'm just misguided??

Same when I lived in Nottingham, never met a bad Polish girl there and I've yet to meet a bad Polish girl here where I live now. They're the total opposite of what coldpole is describing. Then again, now that I have said that, I could come across a right arsey Polish girl tomorrow lol O.O

They're known as "streetsh*t" in Nottingham. I'm glad I live where I do. Knife crime or any sort of serious crime is virtually non existent..

Just hope that they don't move in...! If you have no council estates in your town then you're safe. Keep the council estates out of your town!

You've probably never been so shut the fek up ya tit!

Of course I have... I have relatives that live in Warrington and Partington. I go about twice, three times a year. I've been to Salford to watch United many times. It's a complete s--hole.

LOL...now that's funny, you are from one of the dirtiest holes in the UK.

I didn't say I live in Blackpool. I said I lived NEAR Blackpool. I live in a pre-Roman town called Kirkham (Danish - Kirk "Church," Saxon - Ham "Settlement") which is bang smack in between Blackpool and Preston. It has a few nice cathedrals and churches and was once home to a Roman Fort. Heard of it? It is what is known as the Fyldes. Nice bit of history, great place to live. It is one of the safest places to live in Britain. The crime in the Fyldes is below the national average for the UK. No council estate scum... No crime, nothing. :) As I've said before, I moved here a year and a half - 2 years ago and I've yet to see a single crime committed (touch wood.) There is rarely any trouble on nights out as the police walk the streets here night and day, unlike for the whole of the UK. Just up the road from me there are nicely decorated flower beds at the side of the pavement. It has not been touched, destroyed, nothing. Elsewhere in the UK it wouldn't last 5 minutes.

WTF? The flower bed was an example haha! Kirkham is one of the best places to live in the UK due to crime rate being very low. It is one of the best places to bring up your children. I can walk the streets at night without being on edge. I don't care about the population differences. Regardless of population Kirkham is a much much better place to live than Salford, Manchester, Nottingham, Birmingham etc.

This is Fylde statistics table. The Kirkham statistics would be much lower but still Kirkham is part of the Fylde.
