Uks population set to become the largest in th EU

It could be worse. We could have had Pakistanis, Syrians, Africans, etc "crawling" into Britain!

I thought the majority of Poles were returning home...?

Its not the number of people thats the problem its the proportion of them that are elderly. We'll always need more young people, whatever nationality.

When I'm retired and the NHS needs to be paid for I aint gonna give a sh1t if its paid for with the taxes of English. Polish or whatever. The fact is someone needs to pay for it.

By doing what exactly ? Building an extension and make the country a bit bigger ?

They need to stop so many people from coming in and being much more fussy about the sorts of people who do come here.

My solution is underground cities. Or cities in the sky, I'm not sure which, I havent really thought it through.

Our government needs people like you... Lateral thinkers, innovators!

By that I mean, the only way that the UK will solve its population problem is to go upwards and build huge great high-rise flats.

I already live in a road of what were large victorian family houses, which are now mainly flats. There is no room left to build sideways, so I see blocks of flats gradually getting taller.
