Life / Customer Service in Poland, what are your experiences? [106]

What kind of experience have you had in Poland with customer service? For me was bad.

I find that it goes from one extreme to the other: Either spot on and just right (efficient attentive, but not in your face) or just dire - sulky and uncooperative.

Bloody awful! As far as I can tell Polish work well in the UK in the service industry, in Poland they are fcuking lazy and rude! That was in Krakow in most places, it was a whole different story in Wraclaw, no problems whatsoever, service was excellent...

Life / How do you Poles feel about the fact that so many Poles work abroad? [145]

Do you think it extends outside of the forum too?

- Do you mean Poles have such relatives? :)

Yes, it's been mentioned enough on here about people going to work in the UK so they can support families back in Poland.

Why? If they problem is that the monies earned in Britain aren't all spent in Britain, then it's a problem that the British don't spend their money in Britain, isn't it?

You mentioned the English livingin Spain and pointed out that the English living in Spain spend their money in Spain, they DONT send it back to England...as for the English living in England they spend the vast majority of their money here, the only other money is spent when they visit Poland for holidays so they are in affect supporting both economies :)

Who really cares anyway?

Me, I dont like being called Anglo Saxon and Germeric...no offence to the Gerries like...

During the Ice age people moved a lot more granted, but Britain was inhabbited by various tribes before the Romans came, this is who I happy to be descendent from and the Celts seem to be the most obvious choice

USA, Canada / Polish-US marriage and divorce. [26]

It depends on if they want to be deceitful....

for how long would it take for him to get an eu.

If he is not married to her the answer is as long as a visa takes and depending on where in the EU he goes will depend on whether he gets a visa for work...The UK now has an Aus style points system, so it's not as easy to get in.

Love / What do the Polish guys think about the British girls?? [37]

even if that is the case follwing the logic the question arises: what does PF have to do with it?

It's a platforum for some of these retarded small minded little pr$cks to have a go at English women, they most probably think that the forum is full of desparate Polish women gaggin for some dumpy smelly British guy who cant even pull one of these so called fat ugly British women....

Anyone for Pimms?

Sounds like a smashing idea :)

Why is this topic being beaten to death ? Again and again.

Because there are some English men out there who cant get an English g/f so they have to settle for slagging them off instead...Poor souls

Love / Polish Gay Life [142]

he goes very quiet when ever I try and speak with him about my problems with my partner.

guess I'm asking cos I find Polish men very attractive. I'd like to make more gay polish friends here in london

You better not let your partner hear you saying that!

Not really. I think the Gay week thing you refer to might be annual pride festival, which is more of a celebration than making money, but I don't know.

I can assure you that there is a considerable amount of money to made - I live in Manchester and Mardi Gras or Manchester Pride (which ever you want to call it)makes a fortune on the entry bands alone, lets not mention the money the bars and restaurants make in the Gay Village and Im sure Clone Zone does okay too on that weekend alone...admittedly some of the dosh goes to a HIV charity.

Anyway I think that Ballbag answered your question tbh.

Its the only place you'll see morbidly obese girls in midriff tops.

As a woman I have to say I find it offensive seeing these people walking about with flab hanging out, but Ive seen a fair few fat Africans doing the same - I often wonder if these people have mirrors or friends....

Remember when you were at school there would be the fat girl in your year?

We actually had 3, we called them the Weather Girls and actually... the ones that ran round the hurdles instead of jumping over :)

Life / How do you Poles feel about the fact that so many Poles work abroad? [145]

They rip off the Poles big time but instead of leaving them in peace, let alone thanking them, they insult and abuse them, and accuse them of being those who do the rip-off.

If they dont like it they can go home, but Im sure that the vast majority who are inteligent / educated and have experience find jobs in their own fields.

Would you demand from the countless British living abroad, e.g. in Spain, that they spend their money in Britain only?

You are missing the point there Pissy, I think you will find that the British send naff all home when they live in Spain because a vast majority have set up their lives there, purchased property, cars, childen in schools or the elderly have retired there with their own money.....and I would imagine they dont have p$ss poor relatives that await that Western Union transfer every week back in the UK...!

Us English are from Saxon descent

Wrong, we are actually descendent from Celts and to be honest I get pretty fcuked off being call Anglo Saxon..I prefer to be called English since I am after all English!

Poles are white. They are the best immigrants to have.A real oasis. We need more Poles.

Actually we just need less immigrants to be honest, the UK is fit to burst and I dont really want to see houses being build on greenbelt land so we can house the flotsom and jetsom from around the globe.

Life / How do you Poles feel about the fact that so many Poles work abroad? [145]

What do you mean by the above expression?

I have holidays on my mind...I meant to write apart not apartment.

- Do you mean that everything the majority says is necessarily true? Boy oh boy.

In your case I would say so.

- But do the majority think it in accordance with facts?

I think your constant ranting on are facts enough.

- Ah, so you're yourself admitting you've got no evidence to back up your allegation that I'm crazy? So who's not only stupid but also a liar here?

see above comment. The evidence is in your attitude and your posts.

Any evidence of this alleged by you madness of mine?

Apart from you rampant paranoia and stupid crazy Crow styly comments, no real evidence, but as usual the the majority rule and I would say that the majority ofthe board think the same as me that you are in fact

A CRAZY PERSON!!!

UK, Ireland / WHAT AREAS IN LONDON ARE POPULAR FOR POLISH PEOPLE TO LIVE IN? [33]

The South African I know who lives in Leytonstone is making a plan to move as she doesn't feel safe.

Back to SA hopefully!

Ironic, as it is the recent influx of knife-wielding Saffas who have made the place unsafe. Give me the Poles any day.

Yep! The accent is a darn sight better!

Love / What do the Polish guys think about the British girls?? [37]

British women are more prone to divorce 10X more chance than a Polis h woman.

I'd love to know where you got those figures from and when you say British women do you mean, English, Irish, Scottish, Welsh, British born Asians, British born Africans, British born Polish, British born ......... The list is endless my feeble minded little friend...so unless you have stats that actually give the full facts am gonna call you a twat!

They are far less attractive.

Now thats funny, but if you like cheap pink trackies and candy floss hair then I see where you're coming from. Each to their own I suppose!

They are also very full of themselves seeing themselves as incredible and only deserving of a James Bond figure

So we should all look for some fat smelly fcuking loser like you! Ish dont think so!

If one does end up dating or god forbid married to one, take good care you don't end up peniless after the divorce and in need of psychiatric care.

Would that be because you were peniless and a loser before you happened to meet your wife?

Love / What do the Polish guys think about the British girls?? [37]

When the UK exports such programmes as Little Britain abroad it's not a surprise when one image of British girls is that of Vicky Pollard

What??? There must be some fcuking retards about if they think that!

not all British women have this work ethic

Neither did the chavy Polish girls pushing prams I saw a couple of months ago! Lets not start slaggin off British women, there are men on the board that do a good enough job of that!!!!! FFS!

Love / Soldier born in Poland / living in England. Fiance going away for ages. Complicated... [205]

I'd say have a very very long chat with your b/f - six months is a drop in the ocean in comparison to the rest of your life...My friends now husband was in the army, they were together from her being 15, he was out in the Gulf, Bosnia plus a few tours in Ireland, I know it wasnt easy for her but she loved him with all her heart and knew it was something she had to accept, I think you have to realise that when you date someone who has that job you know they are going to be away from home. Anyways my mate has been married for 17 years and couldnt be happier...Oh and he's out of the army :)

History / Why has Poland been attacked so often by its neighbors? [180]

Catholics are Catholics Crow regardless of their nationality, as for propaganda since I dont live in the country and the topic isnt considered news worthy in my coutnry then I cant really have an informed point of view.

i am neutral on Croats. I refusing to hate them, because i see them as victims of German (Germanic, in general) manipultions. But, you... you probably have your reasons to like them

It's quite obvious you have issues with Germany and neutral means nothing really, you refuse to hate them, you have laid into them a few times which makes me think the oposite. I like Croatians because my experience of visiting the country was a very positive one, nice, well mannered people who considering what they have been through is nothing short of a miracle. I've never been to Serbia, simply because I have no desire to ever visit and my opinion of them is quite negative having seen what happened in the 90s and what has happened recently.

Love / My polish g/f can be a nightmare,is it always like this [262]

Tell her that you want to have your name taken off the tenancy, tell her you are going to request half of the bond back and tell her that you are going to cancel everything that is in your name...and then smiffer, do exactly what you have said you will do...and as to her comments about the whole sex thing, she is one bitter and nasty b!tch, put some hair remover in her conditioner, that'll fcuking teacher her!
