Blacks have been underprivileged around the world..ever since they were taken as slaves. Africa has been ripped off its wealth..its oil, its gold and diamonds by almost every western country and its still been ripped. Do U expect them not to be desperate? I could explain in details if u insist.
The problem is that blacks have been given free reign in Africa which had working rail, economy and society and as soon as whites left it to blacks it all broke down, blacks were given the same priveliges in UK, US and they still manage to be 80% of the dregs of society in both countries, US is little better off but thats because blacks there didnt have much cultural heritage so they took on the western one.

Its one and the same, i have a black optician, an asian cooks for me in the restaurant and my friends wife is half vietnameese, thats 3 people i know that are foreign or semi-foreign out of more than a hundred friends i have, thats not a multicultural society.
In order to get multicultural you need to less significant numbers in, i'm against that unless they're white europeans or colored immigrants who have been in Europe at least 4-5 generations since i dont want to become a race-riot ridden hole like UK.

More or less, also because it is our economy thats underdeveloped, our society is every bit as developed as any other western one given that we have developed at the same time, in the same region and under the same cultural influence.
Of course this does not apply if the black kids are fully assimilated but few of them are, even those living for a few generations.
