Outlanders, a film about Poles in London

This was a film centred around the activities of Poles in London. In particular, it tells the tale of Adam, the main character, who goes in search of his brother Jan who had taken off to England's capital from Poland. I'll say no more about it just in case I pre-empt it, spoiling the suspense in so doing.
