yes, you are right. I am talking about a permanent US resident not a permanent green card resident. I just said it wrong.

Uhhh... What are you talking about? A permanent US resident IS a green card holder. What am I missing here?

what is happening in the US right now is not socialism. not even close man. you know better then that. i know you do.

Well, it's as close as it gets and it's getting closer.

Have you ever gone through a TSA search? Did you notice that very few blacks, Arabs, etc. get selected for additional screening? It's called political correctness, the new, very much en vogue religion in the US. TSA agents are paranoid about being accused of racism and will look the other way when an Arab walks through but will select an old lady in a wheel chair. Likewise, the cops in Arizona are afraid of people like you, people who assume they're racists just because they try to protect our citizens. They'll pull over a white guy way before they contemplating pulling over a Latino looking individual.

You are a reverse racist PLK, but you'll never see that yourself and therefore we'll never agree on this issue. I hope Arizona law prevails and I hope it spreads to other states.

Shortly I joined this forum I described the ordeal my mom had to deal with in Sweden. She's worked hard and paid her taxes there for 35 years yet when she got a brain tumor, the same type Ted Kennedy had, the Swedish universal health care turned out to be a nightmarish, socialist bureaucracy. I won't go back to all the details and intricacies of it as it still bothers me but search it here and you'll find it. The communist Ted Kennedy who hated our health care system had his surgery 6 days after being diagnosed. My mom waited for more than a year. I will never support obamacare, never!

I'm with you. I hope that it never gets fully implemented even though the law was passed. Better yet, the thousands of pages they came up with should be shredded.

I think it should be permanent US citizen not resident who doesn't need that green card.
