She was not at work - do you see a problem here? Where is her 1st Amendment protection? Trump said a lot of illegal things, eg. that he would "lock Hillary up" - despite having no authority and proof of her wrongdoing. By your standards, he should be impeached immediately because he said these things in public.

She received full immunity from the First Amendment. That's why she is not in prison.
