Same way that he 'knew' those teenagers he filled with hard liquor consented to sex with him: he knew no such thing but instead took advantage of the fact they couldn't fight him off and raped them. And then tried to boast about his actions here.

And the same way that he 'knows' a picture he keeps posting here is me: he doesn't and so instead keeps posting a photo of a retired British diplomat and claiming that that gentleman is a convicted rapist. I fear that isn't going to end well for Jim the rapist once said gentleman receives screenshots. You probably remember his fire-breathing wife, she's retired from practice now but I'm fairly sure she's still a member of the bar.
