....I actually had the wokists in mind....in Germany they got especially annoying....wanting even to change our language making it to gender-speech...and being quite successful in some media and certain circles with that! And the language of a people is a really sensitive and important thing...so important for a common identity....and there was no big referendum or anything to ask the people if they would be okay with these changes, no...of course not....they knew they would lose it!
Exactly that: when things are going wrong.
So...when did it start to go wrong for the East-German commies? Was there any time were it worked and people were happy?
How so? What you describe as right-wing extremism is actually a desire among conservatives to preserve what we hold dear: ageless traditions, the union of a man and woman, love for our country, respect for the law, and the importance of borders. These are values you seem to dislike and would change in an instant. Therefore, your description misses the point; it reflects the views of the conservative mindset you are criticizing. You describe yourself
I'm scarcely condoning the killing of Charlie Kirk any more that I would the assassination of Lincoln Rockwell of the American Nazi Party way back in the late '60's!
Killing is killing, of course.
On the other hand, what led up to Kirk's murder, huh?
Young, post-War, post-Depression, really post-Reagan, Conservative Americans have lost touch with the lessons of inclusion and inclusiveness, lessons they're too young to have learned, much less internalized. Those under twenty were sadly weened on the warped, twisted doctrine of Donald J. Trump, a man child who wouldn't either know a civil right from a civil wrong, or much care!
Is it any surprise that Civil Rights, much less equal rights for equal citizenship are being rejected by a generation which never experienced American life before the New Deal, before Roe, before The Equal Rights Amendment??
The doctrine of instant gratification, selfishness, "Greed is good" ad nauseum is about the only thing most post Generation-X'ers understand.
we hold dear: ageless traditions, the union of a man and woman, love for our country, respect for the law, and the importance of borders.
Hey, jon, cut the evasive shlt and tell us which of the above do you support.
On the other hand, what led up to Kirk's murder, huh?
A bullet fired by a pro-LGBT motherfvcker.
@Joker, Rich, et al,
Go away. Nobody reads your crap because you never answer questions about it.
US Democratic Party is 'America's Ukraine' - Dugin on Charlie Kirk's murder The assassination has united the MAGA movement while liberals can't contain their joy, the political scientist has said...
9/10 will be remembered as the day when finally "Democrat" became a dirty word - just like "liberal" - and synonymous with "a thug".
We will no longer look at LGBT weirdos as harmless. These scumbags are the new Bolsheviks.
I think it's worth it, I think it's worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God-given rights. That is a prudent deal. It's rational.
In other words, he argued that some number of gun-related deaths (e.g. school shootings or people being shot in public while giving a speech) are an acceptable trade-off for preserving the right to bear arms by everyone. Well, God seems to have said: "You're right, Charlie. You're right".
@Bratwurst Boy The answer to deviant behavior is discipline, and a return to traditional values. Supporting these freak shows is destroying the fabric of society. I thought I was a pirate when I was a kid, thank god someone didnt cut off my leg so I could look the part. Men can wear dresses, but the costume does not make them a woman. Playing dressup is for children, the mentally troubled and halloween. Communism is leftism, Communism is just two steps beyond Democrat.
Charlie Kirk was killed by a person who disagreed with his views, and was a trans supporter. The writings on his bullet casings say everything. His own family turned him in. His father is a long time deputy sheriff who held his son until the police arrived. That is what real Americans do. They dont cover things up or try to hide things even for their own family members. There is always time to do the right thing.
@Lyzko Your views are the reason that American youth are revolting. There is no right to citizenship for any person not born in the US. There is no need for inclusiveness or special programs for people to be included, that is the very definition of discrimination. American young men regect all of the left wing bvllshit because it is simply nor normal, and it does not include them and their rights. Every left wing loud mouth is now likely to meet up with a very angry young American man at their stupid little parades or movements. Thats what this killer gave the left. Fvck Roe, fvck the New Deal, and definitely fvck illegal immigration. This is what young men around the world, not just in America are saying. Its long over due for these things to be said.
One of the few voices of sanity in American public life that notices and speaks out about the political violence in America.
@GefreiterKania With every tool or material, the increased use of it. Increases chances of lethal accidents in relation with said tool increases.
In Poland there is a large amount of deaths in car use compared to gun use. Why? Cause cars are more commonly used. Are cars banned for that reason? No, cause people know it's caused by human failure.
Why are guns not treated the same? Cause governments have a agenda for people to not have weapons, especially lethal weapons against them.
Cars are not designed with the sole and specific purpose of killing people. Guns are. Car accidents are not cases of intentional killing. School shootings, or shooting people while they give a public speech, are.
Anyone notice how its the leftists here who are basically saying Charlie Kirk asked to be killed because of his beliefs? This is what the left is. Vile, sick human beings.
Cars are not designed with the sole and specific purpose of killing people.
Your perception is wrong in my opinion, as it is designed to put a material in to another material or flesh, lethal, non-lethal or poisonous dosage or dozing for sleep. Used in warfare, hunting, sports and terror, guerilla warfare and abduction or to introduce fear.
That you have surrendered to the «terror of guns» proves nothing
That's for military. Used in every country in the world and subject to specific laws.
hunting
That's for hunters. Used in every country in the world and subject to specific laws.
sports
That's for sportsmen. Used in every country in the world and subject to specific laws.
However, not every country gives free access to lethal firearms to the general population (and they are right not to do so!). Because, unlike in case of most military personel, hunters and sportsmen, the general population consists in much larger measure of psychopaths, violent maniacs and retards. Giving such people free access to guns produces school shootings and murdering people while they give public speeches.
And my argument still stands: you can't compare cars to guns, as the former are not designed specifically to kill, the latter very much are.
you have surrendered to the «terror of guns»
What? I own hunting guns myself. But I had to meet certain conditions to obtain them and I'm mentally healthy and stable enough to have them. I certainly wouldn't want everyone I see in the streets everyday to have access to such weapons.
If, by any chance, you had my post #955 in mind when you talked about leftists (lol) saying "Charlie Kirk asked to be killed", then I would kindly ask you to perform a thought experiment...
A) Imagine a leftist person who says that some number of Muslim-immigrant-related rapes and murders are an acceptable trade-off for preserving the right of importing as many (with no limit really) Muslim immigrants as we want to. Imagine now that this person is raped and murdered by a Muslim immigrant.
B) Imagine a rightist person who says that that some number of gun-related deaths (e.g. school shootings or people being shot in public while giving a speech) are an acceptable trade-off for preserving the right of people having as many (with no limit really) guns as they want to. Imagine now that this person is shot by a civilian gun owner.
... in neither of these cases did the person in question "ask to be killed". You cannot claim, however, that the views they held were by no means connected to the way they died.
Well, God seems to have said: "You're right, Charlie. You're righ
Why are you mocking him? Do you know what standing by convictions and principles means? The fact that he was shot wouldn't change his mind. Because it wasn't personal and opportunistic. His murderer should be hanged ( I don't know what manner of execution they had in the state).
Why are you mocking him? Do you know what standing by convictions and principles means?
I'm not. He did exactly that - stood by his convictions and principles.
Just like a leftist person who would say that some number of Muslim-immigrant-related rapes and murders are an acceptable trade-off for preserving the right of importing as many Muslim immigrants as we want to, and was later raped and murdered by a Muslim migrant. This person stood by his/her conviction and the fact he/she was raped and murdered by a Muslim migrant wouldn't change his mind.
We have to let God allow people to meet the consequences of their views and actions.
prayed for Charlie Kirk in front of the American Embassy at the Brandenburg Gate
It's a good thing they prayed. It never hurts to pray.
It's a pity the guy got shot. Nobody should get shot for their views (whatever those views might be).
Still, we have to remember that he was a Russian propaganda parrot - repeating verbatim things produced by the Kremlin propaganda department: that Zelensky is an illegal dictator, that Ukraine is the most corrupt country in Europe, that Crimea should have been given to Russia as a gesture of good will. He was unable to prove any of these things in a debate, he was even proven wrong on more than one occasion - e.g. here...
... but he kept repeating them like a propaganda parrot because that's what he, by and large, was.
If Poland had been invaded, and Trump somehow had managed to avoid helping us, this Kirk guy would most likely have explained to everyone how corrupt Poland was and that we were a part of Russia anyway.
It's a pity the guy got shot. Nobody should get shot for their views (whatever those views might be).
He was a YouTuber with fringe views.
Strange they're making so much fuss about this, especially as a politician from Minnesota and her husband were both murdered recently and there was far less said, especially from their government.
The media are saying that the assassin was something called a 'groyper', another online extremist thing that had some rivalry with whatever that Kirk person was involved in.
He was a YouTuber with fringe views. Hardly known at all outside his own country.
He also expressed some very unsavoury opinions.
Nevertheless, there should be no gun deaths.
You are really messed up
If you aren't shocked that the shooting the other day is receiving far more official attention that the politician and her husband who were murdered recently, then you are messed up beyond redemption.
Astounding...that reaction is unexpected
It's bizarre. The guy was a YouTuber and 'online influencer'. Not a politician, not.a scientist, not an artist, not a philosopher.
