When and how did people notice they were wrong ?
My goodness, you're not using your full potential. Why do you choose to embarrass yourself? Why do you comment on the work of the American government without understanding the basics? You're not fooling anyone but yourself. Your writing reflects your reckless remarks and naïve questions.
It's awkward to explain something so obvious to every American, but I'll try. The government agency, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, analyzes all available data to determine the number of jobs created. Both the government and businesses depend on accurate information to make crucial decisions. However, incompetent administrators have repeatedly provided incorrect figures and have been let go. For example, the administration may claim that 200,500 jobs were created last month when the actual number was only 17,000. That's when people start to take notice.
