What bit of the numbers was wrong ? Where can we find the correct numbers for jobs ? When and how did people notice they were wrong ?

How do you know the figures are inaccurate? When did you suspect that ?

Always interesting to observe cult behavior

@cms neuf
When the jobs reports are released, they are never based on actual recorded numbers. They are based on speculation. Later they get corrected from time to time. The same person who put out the original jobs report is the one who later corrected their accuracy. A Biden appointed moron. Anyone making these levels of mistakes should be fired, regardless of party. Clearly though this looks like an attempt to make the President look bad and was politically motivated.

They are based on surveys, not speculation

If she was a moron why was she approved by all members of the Senate ?

So your assumption is that any bad number is an attempt to make Golden Cow look bad ?

Is she in any political party ?

Cult thinking

Looks like you only come on PF to bash the US,

Almost all the Europeans on this forum are guilty of that.
They go to jail if they bash any of their leaders so they take their frustrations out on Almighty and King Trump who tells their leaders when to jump and how high.
Its no wonder they are so sour with an American President that has so much power over their countries.
I don't blame them I guess.

The pathetic revised numbers are correct. There are no other numbers to be found.

Remember when Powell lowered the rates to help Kamoolas reelection. Now hes frozen and locked down costing us millions everyday. Nothing to see here.

Now hes frozen and locked down costing us millions everyday

This incident finally exposed the lie that the "Fed" is part of the US government and "federal".

Newsflash! "Federal Reserve" is as private as Federal Express and out of control by the US Congress and president.

On the wall of the Fed Chairman there is a picture similar to this one:

How would you reduce interest rates without further damaging the dollar and causing more inflation ?

That Leavitt woman made a bizarre presentation comparing US interest rates to other countries - but they are for different currencies. She is such a weird person

@cms neuf
Surveys are speculation by definition. Members of the senate who are politically motivated and on the take by donars are not considered trustworthy by many. She is a democrat.

@Joker
Bingo!

That was about 10 times nicer than I would be capable of...

The White House does not plan to require health insurers to provide coverage for in vitro fertilization services, two people with knowledge of internal discussions said, even though the idea was one of President Donald Trump's key campaign pledges.

Good! The Federal Government was created to defend the US and resolve disputes between the States, not to make women happy.

On average, IVF fertilization takes 3 attempts and runs about 15 to 20 grand each - with the risk of the woman getting an abortion because "he left me...boo hoo".

Want a kid to make you happy? Get a loan. I want a red Corvette to make me happy and nobody gives a damn how I am going to pay for it.

America is officially insane...

No, this one is not about women with penises.

When and how did people notice they were wrong ?

My goodness, you're not using your full potential. Why do you choose to embarrass yourself? Why do you comment on the work of the American government without understanding the basics? You're not fooling anyone but yourself. Your writing reflects your reckless remarks and naïve questions.

It's awkward to explain something so obvious to every American, but I'll try. The government agency, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, analyzes all available data to determine the number of jobs created. Both the government and businesses depend on accurate information to make crucial decisions. However, incompetent administrators have repeatedly provided incorrect figures and have been let go. For example, the administration may claim that 200,500 jobs were created last month when the actual number was only 17,000. That's when people start to take notice.

Now, will you please stop bothering me, esteemed friend? Johnny, Rich, Joker, Paulina, I could use your support!

That is the main reason I observe your cult behavior,

The pathetic revised numbers are correct.

Very interesting, now you suddenly know that the numbers are correct.

I could use your support!

You are doing an excellent job by yourself except you for that "esteemed friend".

So let me do some editing of that sentence:

Now, fvck off, Golden Moron...

You are welcome.

now you suddenly know that the numbers are correct.

It's actually very simple:

Numbers that are good for Dems - good

Numbers that are good for Trump - bad

Just as with tariffs:

EU tariffs - good

US tariffis - bad

I like simple.

comparing US interest rates to other countries - but they are for different currencies. She is such a weird person

Golden Super Moron. Why do you think that different currencies matter? It is the percentage that matters; forget the different currencies.
6% is 6% regardless. Here I will borrow the phrase from lovely Paulina, "You idiot."

Why do you think that different currencies matter

What matters is how many hours we have to work to buy things.

Nobody gives a damn about those who like spending time in Monte Carlo.

You will always have my support, Ptak.
Don't take this place seriously as there are to many European people here that are light in their loafers.
If you would unblock your Personal Mail option so you could get private mail I could fill you in on a lot of them.

Why do different currencies have different interest rates ?

Balls of Steel are you serious?

Er...because they are subject to different economic conditions - inflation, borrowing, supply, demand, volatility, freedom of movement, tax etc

Go find a bank in North Nigeria that will lend to you at 5 percent.

I assume Golden Cow knows this, having invested in a great deal of foreign real estate. If he doesn't then the fact that no advisor would tell him this simple Economics 101 fact is a clear sign of a cult.

I assume Golden Cow knows this, having invested in a great deal of foreign real estate.

You may be overestimating his skills in Math. He said this:
We're gonna get the drug prices down..

I'm told that in the US a month's worth of Ozempic is about $1,000. 1,500% of that would be $15,000. So if Don Taco reduced the cost by that amount, the makers of Ozempic would have to pay each customer $14,000.
Even jimmy 2.5-million isn't dumb enough to believe that the makers of Ozempic will pay each customer $14,000 every month.

Er...because they are subject to different economic conditions - inflation, borrowing, supply, demand, volatility, freedom of movement, tax etc

Stupid, you are meandering, stumbling, among unrelated subjects like a drunk rabbit in the cabbage patch in some convoluted way, justifying your ignorance.
One more time, Golden Super Moron 6% is 6% regardless of the currency, nothing more, nothing less.
cms neuf  1 | 2163
4 Aug 2025   #505
You think, like Golden Cow, that it is correct to compare the interest rates of Switzerland or Botswana and the USA as a justification for lowering rates in the US?

And you are calling me an idiot ?

Stupid, you are meandering, stumbling, among unrelated subjects like a drunk rabbit

It's a known technique to prevent a fact-based response and similar to the modern warfare of swarm drone assault.

And you are calling me an idiot ?

Nobody is. It's self-evident.

I just lowered my posting standards to match Alien's and Jon's...

About those "reparations"...

When dealing with morons, the only thing that has a chance of getting through is ridicule...short and to the point...All else is a waste of time and energy...

Nobody is. It's self-evident.

So I will be forced to change my evaluation; from now on, it is a super idiot, a category reserved for Golden Moron.

Infuriated locals have laid blame squarely with Mayor Michelle Wu, who launched an initiative to hand out free crack pipes, syringes, and other drug paraphernalia to addicts on the streets in 2022.

Every time I am looking for the Moron of the Day, I find a woman, black or Asian, democrat, and lesbian-grade ugly...then the azzholes who voted for the freak...

It never, ever fails...

I'm told that in the US

It must be true then if you have been told.
Do you hear this voice that tells you about the U.S. all the time or just when you drink vodka ?
