USA News and Poland - part 16

@johnny reb
My wife said to me "Why dont you go and buy some new clothes for yourself?" I replied "What happened did my clothes disappear, or blow away while they were outside drying?" If you dont need something, why spend money on something you dont need? I dont care how much money I have, the $50 I would spend on some Levi's has value to me, and if my other Levi's arent destroyed, then why waste the money? Young people today dont want to work hard and do not understand the value of money.

That said, its a different world today, compared to my youth. Instant gratification is what everyone is looking for. Time is not seen as a commodity, and people are willing to waste a lot of it on pursuits that have no value.

Unless its a home, if you cannot pay cash for it, you do not deserve it. I only exclude homes because real estate costs are out of control everywhere. My neighbor has a new Mercedes with a monthly payment, and a 30 year mortgage on his new flat. He makes good money, but not great money, and he has loans for the work and materials used to finish his flat. Making 20K pln in Poland per month is pretty damn good, but with payments like that, along with supporting a family, he is lucky to have anything left at the end of each month. I just shake my head on these issues.

Anyway, he's probably got an old jumpsuit somewhere.

Or even the opposite. Many work very hard indeed.

Trump is attacking the fed for not lowering the rates. He wants to lower the rates to put America in debt even more. The rates should go higher, not lower, especially during high inflation. His vision for America = bankruptcy. I'm glad more and more MAGA people realize that Dyzma is there to enrich himself, not the people.

Clearly you are not familiar with Erdoganomics.

Trump is not an innovator here. It was Erdogan that was the first to challenge economic orthodoxy with his novel ideas about the relationship between interest rates and inflation.

All I wanted was to visit my friends in the US... but I was detained for 12 hours and sent back to Australia

Mr Kitchen claimed a customs officer told him he was being detained because of his views on the pro-Palestinian rallies that took place on campus at the New York university last year.

Memo to foreigners with "views":

The First Amendment is mine, not yours. When in the US, keep you mouth shut and you will be allowed to enjoy the visit.

US authorities have broad powers to decide if you're eligible to enter and may determine that you are inadmissible for any reason under US law,' DFAT's Smarttraveller website reads.

'Officials may ask to inspect your electronic devices, emails, text messages or social media accounts. If you refuse, they can deny your entry.

No, we don't need a search warrant.

Memo to foreigners except Bobko:

Stay the fvck away...Nobody needs you and your bad English here...We already have 20 million visitors we want to get rid off real bad...

Bombs over Iran but no heads-up for Dems: Irritated lawmakers gripe they were left in the dark on secret strikes
...because you, mother fvckers, are traitors.

If Trump told you what he intended to do to Iran, you, Dem scumbags, would have 1 million for-hire azzholes rioting for Iran in a hour.

What's astonishing about these strikes, is that people knew they were going to happen approximately 12 hrs ahead of time.

This guy is now famous on Twitter. He saw 9 B-2s flying over his house as they took off from Whitman Airbase.

Then some flight trackers reported on the fact that the B2s got refueled immediately after takeoff. This was a sure fire way to indicate that strikes were planned.

Finally - and this is more dubious - an Iranian foreign ministry official said that the Americans called ahead of the strike and explained that it was about to happen, and was going to be a "one off".

All this "telegraphing", tells me that Iran likely had if not several days, then at least several hours to prepare.

It may not have been sufficient time to relocate fissile material, but it likely wasn't completely irrelevant either.

Apparently we sent a decoy tandem westward out into the Pacific. So, I'm not so sure this report of telegraphing is trustworthy.

It's a bit like the Pizza watch guys at the White House, very knowledgeable after the fact. I would tend to believe the reported Iranian guy cos it sounds like a Trumpian plan to defuse a situation he is about to further escalate ie the man and his cult are delusional

Trump is appealing to his base. Famously a few of these guys were out protesting about Obama care and when questioned admitted they took advantage of the Affordable Care Act. They are not the fizziest bottles in the fridge. There are people here who dont understand that tariffs are taxes

Look who is talking Mr. Australia !
Australia has fallen into a recession, meaning GDP per person is declining.
Household disposable income has decreased while household debt has increased.
So careful how you diminish the best alie you have before you look in your own backyard first, Amigo.3.

What a poetic meltdown, like a doomsday cultist trying to write a prophecy in crayon. You might want to find a mirror yourself, not to smash your head on, but to practice forming a coherent sentence before your next apocalyptic fanfic.

Australia has fallen into a recession, meaning GDP per person is declining.

Perhaps, its a good time he started paying attention to Australias affairs instead of fantasizing about ours.

s: Irritated lawmakers gripe they were left in the dark on secret strikes

You cant trust the Democrats they would announce it to the world.

The Democratic party is what is destroying the USA.

Iran 'threatened Trump with sleeper-cell revenge terrorist attacks inside US' days before nuclear strikes

Over 1,200 Iranian nationals reportedly entered the US during the Biden Administration, according to Trump's border czar Tom Homan.

All USA the haters here are pretty funny. Trump can do nothing right according to them. Why? Because the republican agenda leaves all the haters agenda's in the trash. Trump could end the war in Ukraine and they would complain about the terms. He could kill the Iran leaders, and they would complain that he shouldnt have. He can continue to bring every other nation to their knee's with tariffs and they will deny that there was a negotiation or a deal was made.

Memo to leftards: You lost, and your socialist agenda's will never win. Your alphabet soup agenda has been rejected. Your other screaming into the abyss agenda items are also rejected. Seek some mental heath assistance.

Looks like their practice of deporting people is causing a few problems...

In January the Associated Builders and Contractors - a trade organisation - said the construction industry would need to attract 439,000 workers this year to meet demand for construction services. Should it fail to do so, it said, labour, construction and housing costs would escalate.

...a man will never be pregnant and women don't have dicks and balls...

There are only 2 genders. "Trans women" are not women.

We are deporting the scum that walked in here illegally, not people.

Shortage of labor is solved by allowing temps for a defined time...and out. NO WOMEN!

Over a million have been deported or have left on their own. Pretty fvcking good start. Germany, France and Sweden taking notes. England cant pull their heads out of their asses long enough to see they have fvcked their citizens.

Two genders, and 100's of mental illness descriptions.

Putin was briefed

I hope they informed him, because if you send "invisible" bombers that can carry nuclear weapons towards Russia, you have to inform them.
