My wife said to me "Why dont you go and buy some new clothes for yourself?" I replied "What happened did my clothes disappear, or blow away while they were outside drying?" If you dont need something, why spend money on something you dont need? I dont care how much money I have, the $50 I would spend on some Levi's has value to me, and if my other Levi's arent destroyed, then why waste the money? Young people today dont want to work hard and do not understand the value of money.

That said, its a different world today, compared to my youth. Instant gratification is what everyone is looking for. Time is not seen as a commodity, and people are willing to waste a lot of it on pursuits that have no value.

Unless its a home, if you cannot pay cash for it, you do not deserve it. I only exclude homes because real estate costs are out of control everywhere. My neighbor has a new Mercedes with a monthly payment, and a 30 year mortgage on his new flat. He makes good money, but not great money, and he has loans for the work and materials used to finish his flat. Making 20K pln in Poland per month is pretty damn good, but with payments like that, along with supporting a family, he is lucky to have anything left at the end of each month. I just shake my head on these issues.

Anyway, he's probably got an old jumpsuit somewhere.

Young people today dont want to work hard and do not understand the value of money.

Or even the opposite. Many work very hard indeed.

Trump is attacking the fed for not lowering the rates. He wants to lower the rates to put America in debt even more. The rates should go higher, not lower, especially during high inflation. His vision for America = bankruptcy. I'm glad more and more MAGA people realize that Dyzma is there to enrich himself, not the people.

Clearly you are not familiar with Erdoganomics.

Trump is not an innovator here. It was Erdogan that was the first to challenge economic orthodoxy with his novel ideas about the relationship between interest rates and inflation.

All I wanted was to visit my friends in the US... but I was detained for 12 hours and sent back to Australia

Mr Kitchen claimed a customs officer told him he was being detained because of his views on the pro-Palestinian rallies that took place on campus at the New York university last year.

Memo to foreigners with "views":

The First Amendment is mine, not yours. When in the US, keep you mouth shut and you will be allowed to enjoy the visit.

US authorities have broad powers to decide if you're eligible to enter and may determine that you are inadmissible for any reason under US law,' DFAT's Smarttraveller website reads.

'Officials may ask to inspect your electronic devices, emails, text messages or social media accounts. If you refuse, they can deny your entry.

No, we don't need a search warrant.

Memo to foreigners except Bobko:

Stay the fvck away...Nobody needs you and your bad English here...We already have 20 million visitors we want to get rid off real bad...

Bombs over Iran but no heads-up for Dems: Irritated lawmakers gripe they were left in the dark on secret strikes
...because you, mother fvckers, are traitors.

If Trump told you what he intended to do to Iran, you, Dem scumbags, would have 1 million for-hire azzholes rioting for Iran in a hour.
