and wrong 75% of the time

Being right 25% of the time is actually not bad at all.

If we talk about economics or meteorology - then 25% is already decent.

If we talk about venture capital investing, then being right 25% of the time would make you one of the richest people in the world - in short order.

If we are discussing drug discovery, then a 25% hit chance would be a miracle for any pharmaceutical company.

What's most important, is that the upside from my 25% of truths, must be higher than the downside from believing in my 75% of falsehoods.

Well, I'm 90% of the time right so I wouldn't know.

@Bobko

Well, it would depend on the amount of resources you allocate to the 25% as opposed to the 75%.

But, on an internet forum, it doesn't matter, because the real gold isn't in the 25% but the 75%, because it is in that 75% of disagreement there is more potential for mining a new deposit of gold which will generate much greater return than the already discovered point of agreement.

hahaha I sneeze at your human lists. I am pawian and need to be put on a special list for creatures like me. Ha!!!

I will never give up my views!

My No 1 is traditionally Feniks for outstanding intelligence, persistence and personal courage to admit she doesn`t know sth.

As for my No 1 at the bottom, it is traditionally Ironside who not only displays but also possesses the mentality of a nationalist murderer who feels terribly wronged coz he was born in times when Jews have already disappeared from Poland, thus depriving him of a chance to practise his murderous instincts in real life instead of only babbling in the forum.
Also, he adheres to infantile methods of obfuscation when he plays stupid and pretends he doesn`t understand the simplest logic in others` posts. He always demands to have basic things explained to him and then he lies claiming he meant sth else and demands new explanation and so on. He made a lifestyle out of it long ago.

If you thought that I would mention Kania as the holder of the last place, you were wrong. Kania is only stupidly naive with his Russophilia. While Iron is truly evil. If he lived in Kielce in 1946, he would happily and proudly take part in the bloody pogrom of Jews there.

Russians are indeed long suffering world champions;

Yes, indeed. They have been suffering in Ukraine for so long. Yuk!

Whilst I completely agree with your assessment of Feniks, it is strange that you don't afford me that benefit when I commented on Tusk.

But hey, we have got used to biased posters on this forum....... I was ready to buy it recently and have donated to it's funding(Unlike Pawian) but now I am seriously thinking of quitting this forum.I thought JR Jim was bad enough but Deepak(Cargo Pants) was even worse....... and then we got Pawian...... the most disgusting scumbag ever!

Hey, Milo - here's a limerick for you from ChatGPT...

There's a forum member named Milo,
Whose posts had a humorous style-o.
With wisdom to share,
And a witty flair,
In the forums, he's loved by the pile-o!

It would be hard to do after all what we have gone through together.... hahaha Don`t expect such wonders in the forum - it isn`t a fairy tale.

I see you are a bit depressed while I thought you were in combat mood when you tried to diminish me in your fawning posts to Polo. OK, I am a decent sensitive monkey which takes pity on disadvantaged lost people. I regret being so harsh on you and will try to forgive and be patient until the next time when you burst out. :):)

That's neat!

How about that...

In a bun, with some mustard and cheer,
A bratwurst brings joy far and near.
Grilled to a sizzle,
It makes taste buds drizzle,
A feast that we all hold so dear!

... :)

I am a decent sensitive monkey

Catch this, Pawian...

On the forums, a voice stands apart,
With wit that's a true work of art.
Pawian's sharp quip,
Makes every post flip,
A master of clever and smart!

Finally there's some sensible use of AI! And I discovered it by accident :)

That plays holy hell on your rear.

A master of clever and smart!

That comes out like a smelly old fart.

I see your limericks would be far less kind than the ones written by AI. Hmm... let me see if I can force ChatGPT to write a nasty limerick...

There once was a guy, Johnny Reb,
Whose actions were quite out of ebb.
He'd shoot at tame deer,
And make others fear,
With comments that crossed every web.

or...

There once was a member named Johnny,
Who shot at tame deer, thinking it's bonny.
He'd harass women online,
With words far from fine,
Leaving kindness behind like a conny.

:)

Well, I know what I'm having for lunch now.

Me too, a home made grilled venison Polish sausage.
I fed that deer all summer out of my vegetable garden and now he is going to feed me all winter. Hoot !

GefreiterKania on the other hand is having bratwurst sausage made from his pet pig that got it's throat cut out back in his pen by GefreiterKania.
How cruel as his pet pig trusted him only to have GefreiterKania eat him.

That's not even a limerick!

Here...

A farmer with pigs in the sun,
Kania made bratwurst for fun.
With flavors so bold,
And stories retold,
His sausages always won!

or

On a farm where the happy pigs roam,
A man named Kania found his home.
He crafted each brat,
With flavor and fat,
Turning simple meals into gourmet dome!

Learn to use AI, Johnny; it's all the rage now.

Learn to use AI,

Thats for losers with no imagination.

How about the guy named johnny reb'ec who invented the sausage machine.
Oh johnny rebec how could be so nice,
I told you that you would be happy for inventing that device
Now all the neighbors cats and dogs will never more be seen
Ever since johnny created that sausage making machine

Works on deer too. Hoot !

Less of the old person with grey hair and wrinkles.

That shirt's growing on me though. If it had a bit of grey and black, I'd think about it.

idea

Yes, I edited the post since looking at it more and more, it's OK. They fit quite well, but you do have to get the colour right. It would feel a bit like cultural appropriation though.

For the record, in real life I somewhat resemble Begbie in Trainspotting but with glasses. Probably not a coincidence since the actor's surname suggests we may be distantly related.

Thanks. It's nice to connect a face to the moniker. I look like a 10 years younger Paweł Deląg, with glasses too. :)

What about Crowie? I recently saw a picture that was allegedly him. Not at all what I imagined. I'd have guessed him as an overweight 47 year with straggly hair, a black beard, heavy glasses, wild swivelling eyes and a badly stained open-necked shirt. This guy looked like a better looking version of Russel Tovey.

I look like a 10 years younger Paweł Deląg

That sort of fits. I'd have imagined you as about 183cm, smooth skin, slightly (but only slightly) overweight and with angular glasses.
