3 are anti-imperial-Russian while one, leader of nationalists, is pro. Fortunately, his chances are low - around 6%.

Come on, each society has its nuts. If there weren`t any, the atmosphere of social perfection would become so unbearable that it would lead to serious disturbances and disaster in the end. Smith explains it well in Matrix 1.
People need opponents like nationalists and homo sovieticuses to feel needed and appreciated for fighting them. Novi explained it well in the PF 1.
