Yes. Which is why most places don't prohibit consumption within the home. The 18 law elates to buying it.

So true.France life expectancy is 82.72, USA is 78.54........

France, Spain, Italy have a very healthy approach to alcohol.

There's no particular support for that across Europe. People are happy with the status quo.

I would have to agree that Europe doesn't come in first place for morality and common sense.
By raising the drinking age to 21 for ADULT beverages would be a very wise start.

Someone is legal an adult from 18, and can drink at home when they're younger.

People are happy with that.
