Some guy threatened today to blow himself up on the Smoleńsk statue in Warsaw and this area got sealed off by the police. A negotiator talked him into giving up on this idea. A few hundred police officers were involved, including counter-terrorists:

It isn't clear yet if he really had any explosives.

I would give him some and take him out into the open...He might try again when nobody is there to talk him out of it...again.
