who send their gender-fluid children

...boys on Mondays and girls on Tuesdays...

What about on Wednesdays? Back to boys or Gender 3?

seems 20 times bigger than the gap between the top and bottom in Poland

Russia, since time immemorial, was a place of two separate countries. One for the "Muzhiki", or "average man", and one for the "Gospoda" (gentry).

The type of hatred and derision reserved for the "average man", was worse than the Southern plantation owners had for the Negr0es.

We literally kept our own kin in chains of slavery, until 1861. Not blacks from Africa, or Jews from Spain - but our own people.

Many Russian authors wrote about this disgusting aspect of national life, from Saltykov-Shedrin, to Tolstoy.

It's why the Bolsheviks could storm into power, and use past sins as a catch-all excuse for the horrors they unleashed in turn.

-----

As you probably know, Russia's literate classes for a long time didn't even speak Russian at home. Only French and English and German.

It's good, that Poland did not absorb at least this aspect of the Russian way of organizing society.

students from all over the country, including tiny obscure villages that were 10 or more hours away by train. Talent in Poland is scattered and you needed a system like that to make sure you can find it.

One of the nice aspects of the system that collapsed.

Along with the total detachment from economic reality when planning state investment (like building a high power voltage line for some reindeer herders in the Arctic), the total meritocracy of opportunity was what made the country "great".

Now, America is mostly eating the fruits of our investment, through various tech founders and neurosurgeons.

It's also why China is set to be a greater power than America.

The Soviets, and the Chinese in their own country, empowered hundreds of millions of people that in the former system would never get a second glance.

Wonder no more Maf - the prospects for a plumbers kid are simple.

Sit in a trench 6km from Pokrovsk, with poor equipment and commanders who steal from conscripts and often rape them

And really that is what this war is about. You might have some cool old books in the dacza but really nobody wants to live like North Nigerians ever again

And really that is what this war is about.

No.

This war is about NATO moving East from where it was in 1990 when the USSR agreed to reunite both Germanys ... if NATO stays in place.

Unfortunately, explaing this to a geographically challenged Polish idiot is a real challenge.

Another small detail...U troops still occupy what is now Russia...

Yes...I know ... the referendum in Kosovo - good. In Crimea and Donbas - baaaad...really bad because Western wh*res don't like the results...

yes :)

Finally! No wonder you suddenly sound more commonsensical about the war - women have that effect on men (good women that is).

Congratulations again to you and your fair lady!

Now we're waiting for little Bobkos to appear, so you can fully and surely move into the peace camp with the rest of us. ;)

Since August 21st

Great date. August in general is the best month for weddings. :)

we didn't cherish him enough

True. He was the soul of PF. Those who didn't appreciate him... I doubt whether they are Polish or Slavic at all.

The type of hatred (...) It's why the Bolsheviks could storm into power

Our szlachta were a bit smarter than that. That's probably why they avoided the fate of Russian gentry and we didn't have a socialist revolution. They pulled the Japanese trick on our peasants - just like the ruling classes in Japan were able to convince Japanese peasants that they were all descendants of samurai (and should display the same qualities in battle for their country), Polish gentry educated our peasants that they were all noblemen - ask any Pole and he will tell you that his great-great-great-...-granpa was at least a winged hussar (if not Sobieski himself!).

As for the closing of Poland's border for the duration of Zapad '25, Belarus is huffing and puffing but they brought it on themselves. I think the border should stay closed for as long as Lukashenka is conducting hybrid warfare against us.

Torqi? You okay?

As far as I know nobody was hurt in the attack and most of the drones were shot down.

Is it time for THE button?

Well, the number of Shahed drones indicates that it was no accident. I don't know if it's time for "the button" but it's definitely time for diplomatic action: closing the border and reconsidering the necessity of the presence of Russian ambassador in Warsaw. Let's wait and see what the Russians say but it will be rather difficult for them to claim that it was an accident. On the other hand - what might have been the point? A retarded small-scale provocation? Strange...

the camel's nose?

Good thing Trump has such a great relationship with putin! I bet he'll get right to the point and give him two more weeks! That'll show 'em!

Their motivation is to rile Golden Cow

And of course if Golden Cow says anything except "we 100 percent support Poland" then they will have achieved their aim

Anyways, there is a possibility that I might have to stop posting here for an indefinite period of time. If and when it happens, it won't be because I think you're all c*nts or because something bad happened to me (remember the Polish proverb - złego diabli nie biorą), so @BB - don't panic. ;)

Apparently some of the drones flew directly from Belarus. Interesting :)

Shahed drones

All imagery that I found in a brief search, it was Gerbera unarmed drone (cheapest possible fake target for anti-air defence), and it was definitely not shot down, simply out of fuel. What is strange - it safely landed too far into Poland to be launched from Russia territory, according to known specs.

Gerbera unarmed drone

Can Gerbera do this...

... or do you think it was something larger?

Russian charge d'affaires says that there is no evidence to confirm the accusations that the drones were Russian.

The plot thickens. Is it Potato Führer trying to f*ck with us more than he should? WTF? :-/

Potato Führer trying to f*ck with us more than he should?

Looks like the most likely scenario, Poland should demand a apology from Belarus and immediate demilitarisation of it's borders with Poland. Failure to deliver on it within 30 days should lead to formal preparation of a invasion if he does not come to his senses. His behaviour must be stopped. He is endangering lives with his stupid theatrics.

If Putin can't control him, Poland must do so.

Most likely scenario is surely drunk North Nigerians

Weak response so far from our allies

Can Gerbera do this...

Now carefully look at photo. Glass is intact, so there was no explosion. No traces of fire. No any parts of drone visible, no pieces of polystirene foam (Gerbera fuselage glued from dense polystyrene foam). I don't know what can cause such damage as on photo, but I doubt that light foam drone will have enough kinetical energy to do so.

We don't believe your attempts to obfuscate.

Whether or not the psychopath Putler used Mr Potato Head as a proxy or not is entirely by the by.
Torq  20 | 1746

Glass is intact, so there was no explosion. No traces of fire.

So, an unarmed drone, slightly larger than Gerbera, testing our air defences.

No any parts of drone visible

Probably inside the building - it looks like it flew through the roof/side wall.

Russia probed NATO to see what would happen, and 4-5 countries reacted within minutes, sending minor help. I think we passed the test here.

ussia probed NATO to see what would happen

I'm wondering if the timing (same day Israel attacks Hamas headquarters in Doha) had anything to do with it... the US is distracted... let's do this.

Golden Cow has already responded - he asked the EU to put 100 percent tariffs on India and China before he takes action against Putler.

Completely logical as always

Or construction workers who made its work with roof, and building owner decides not to pay anything at all. ;)
