When has russian not been ruled by psychopaths? How often have the people stood up to the psychopaths?
Let's take the last 200 years:
1) Alexander I - PSYCHOPATH. But defeated Napoleon. First King of Congress Poland. First Grand Duke of Finland.
2) Nicholas I - NOT A PSYCHOPATH. A little simple-minded, and very conservative. Big family man.
3) Alexander II - NOT A PSYCHOPATH. Freed the serfs. Abolished corporal punishment. Made life easier for the Jews. Strengthened the judicial system, and invested in education. For this - Russians assassinated him.
4) Alexander III - AVERAGE STATISTICAL RETARD. Did everything to reverse his dad's work.
5) Nicholas II - GALACTIC-SCALE RETARD. Apple does not fall from the apple tree...
6) Lenin - GENIUS/PSYCHOPATH. Very complicated man.
7) Stalin - PSYCHOPATH. Wife committed suicide. Son committed suicide. Not a nice fellow.
8) Khruschev - NOT A PSYCHOPATH. Very nice guy. Too simple, unfortunately.
9) Brezhnev - NOT A PSYCHOPATH. Super nice guy. Loved nice clothes, and medals! Stayed a bit too long, and really let himself go. Still fondly remembered by all - as loving grandpa.
10) Andropov - NOT A PSYCHOPATH. Former chairman of the KGB. Very dry and strict. Tried to save a dead system - failed. Remembered most for bringing reformists like Gorbachev into power.
11) Chernenko - NOT A PSYCHOPATH. A political nobody, and a very sick man - who's only purpose was to keep the seat warm for Gorbachev.
12) Gorbachev - GALACTIC-SCALE RETARD (we get these once a century). Idiot. Cretin. Imbecile.
13) Yeltsin - NOT A PSYCHOPATH. Very nice person, but massive alcoholic.
14) Putin - PSYCHOPATH. Lucifer. Mephistopheles.
