Poland's aid to Ukraine if Russia invades - part 20

Not true. It's the same in Russia. Maybe even more hypertrophied.

Is it? I didn't notice it from our PF Russians here. At least I don't recall you guys calling Putin an idiot or a thief or whatever - mostly it's full reverence. Pay attention then to what some Polish posters here write about Duda or Tusk and notice the difference. ;)

If you are poorer than me - it means you are an idiot. I think you might be getting this sense from me.

Hmm... not really. I mean, you like to make long and winded posts sometimes but you don't really strike me as someone who either considers other people idiots or hates wealth.

Poland doesn't want to be saved, Crow. We want everyone to f*ck off and leave us alone. Is that so much to ask?

Poland is hypnotized. Not sane. Our love will lead you through dark valleys.
Ironside  51 | 13083

it wasn't about lack of insight

It was, aside from greed which is not a bad thing in the US, as long as it brings profits, and entrepreneurial spirit above all, that they believed that the Chinese as inferior yellow people wouldn't be able to master such advanced technology. So add racism to your list of ingredients for the disaster's soup and you will have a whole picture of a Yankee Cook.

Eternal Sarmatia. We shall find the path.

Ezekiel 25:17

The path of the righteous is beset on all sides by the injustice of the selfish and the tyrant. Blessed is he who leads the weak through the valleys of darkness in the name of mercy and kindness. For he is his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children.

Poland is hypnotized.

No, she's not. We are not hypnotized because we are followers of the One-and-Only, Holy and Apostolic, Roman Catholic Church. Orthodox Churches, autocephalous and ethnocentric, are an easy prey for the governments of their respective countries and end up as tools used for those in power. RCC is truly Catholic, supraethnic and universal.

Smile, Crow, the Pope sends you his blessing...

... from Vatican with love.

greed which is not a bad thing in the US

Exactly. Many of them treat their multi-millionaires with almost religious reverence. They should really mend their ways, it's bordering on idolatry.

We shall find the path.

The path to Rome.

RCC is truly Catholic, supraethnic and universal.

Brate, come now, Vatican is a state. Country on its own.

Why that necessity to serve foreign country?

Why that necessity to serve foreign country?

Because this tiny foreign country is well capable of defending traditional values all over the world, supporting family and marriage or being against divorce and abortion, precisely because it's independent of any particular government. It's universality and supraethnicity, as well as it's wealth and presence all over the world, allow it to show its middle finger to all those who would like to enslave and manipulate good people of Christ.

As much as we might not like certain aspects of clericalism or frown upon this or that crooked priest, the Catholic Church in general is an immense force for good in the world.

...the Catholic Church in general is an immense force for good in the world.

I would appreciate if the CC refrained from advising us about migrants and the death penalty cases. We don't advise the CC how to pray or select saints.

I would appreciate if the CC refrained from

You see, that's the beauty of it: CC doesn't have to give a flying f*ck what you, or president Trump, or the Devil himself would or wouldn't appreciate. That's the kind of Church that the world needs--rich and powerful enough not to be afraid to criticize anyone, and impossible to be controlled or bought by anyone. Orthodox Churches are usually under their respective governments' boots and most protestant churches either become fully worldly or are marginalized and ignored.

So, it's the Holy and Eternal Rome which is the light and beacon on our journey to Christ. No other option really.

No, no - that Russians are reverent towards achievement and wealth - I argue you may have gotten from me. That is, I'm an atypical Russian. The Protestant virus has embedded itself too deeply in my brain.

Believe me, Russians are good Christian people that despise wealth and wealthy people - as any real Christian should.

@Bobko

Oh, OK, I misread that.

That is, I'm an atypical Russian.

Definitely.

In my typical Polish paranoia, I begin to suspect that you are not Russian at all... well, maybe Россиянин but not necessarily Русский?

The Protestant virus has embedded itself too deeply in my brain.

Don't even remind me. I was bitten once too. :-/

Russians are good Christian people that despise wealth and wealthy people - as any real Christian should.

Well, maybe I would replace 'despise' with 'approach with caution' but I'm glad to hear that. Another platform of understanding where our two peoples may one day meet in their renewed love and brotherhood.

I begin to suspect that you are not Russian at all

Why? Too much appreciation for the enemy? Excessive criticism of self? I don't break out into melancholic poetry often enough?

Россиянин but not necessarily Русский?

It's the same thing.
Torq  10 | 1236

Why?

Lemme see... *turns on the special Polish paranoia amplifier*... OK, first this Blok's poem about slant-eyed wild barbarians, then there was this weird song about stalinism in some Asian Soviet republic (or am I imagining things?), allergy to anti-Asian racism, saying that it's an honour to be called a Mongol... oh, and suspicious knowledge of Islamic phrases in Arabic...

OK, let me take a wild guess - a Kazakh?

It's the same thing.

If you say so.
Bobko  27 | 2215

let me take a wild guess - a Kazakh?

Close enough, but not the entirety. Unfortunately, or fortunately, also Russian and some Polish in me - as mentioned before. Fun fact - my uncle's family is moving to Poland and getting a Karta Polaka.

Confusingly - I also have Jewish relatives in Israel, Norway, and Germany - but I am not Jewish myself.

When I did 23andMe, I was surprised to discover 7-8% of Greek/Balkan genes. That's a head scratcher for me.

Not that unusual for a Soviet family. Everyone is in the mix.

It's why I say Rossiyanin and Russkiy is the same thing. Rossiyanin was invented to make people feel less culturally erased - but no normal person ever uses that term. It might be strange to Westerners to see a Yakutian Eskimo named Roman Ivanov call himself Russian, but that is exactly how he feels.

OK, first this Blok's poem about slant-eyed wild barbarians

But... Blok is not an Asian - yet he embraced the notion too.

allergy to anti-Asian racism

I hope I have demonstrated clearly an allergy to all forms of racism. I currently don't like Jews and Koreans - but it has nothing to do with race.

weird song about stalinism in some Asian Soviet republic

Eh that's not me.

and some Polish in me

... and what have I been saying all the time? :)

Anyways, don't get me wrong, kiddo. As far as I'm concerned, you could be a black French-speaking messianic Jew who identifies as lesbian Eskimo, and it wouldn't change my attitude towards you at all. I would still consider you my friend (an online one but still). This whole ethnicity thing is overrated; what's in the heart matters.

I hope I have demonstrated clearly an allergy to all forms of racism.

You have indeed done so.

Eh that's not me.

Hmm... must have been Veli then.

No one with 156 IQ needs to cheat.

He doesn't have an IQ of 156. See below.

I don't know where you got this number from.

This article explains it:

The feeling is mutual. I trust one day it will stop being online only, and we can have that beer on the Baltic Sea coast.

Thank you - from the heart - for the very kind words Kania. You're a gentleman.

He doesn't have an IQ of 156

Why does it matter? Even if he has a 1,59 IQ it has nothing to do with it.
The point is he is being challenged on two levels.
On one, he wants to change the rules imposed by the US on the world after WWII. A more feasible and acceptable for the US in modern times.
On the second, the so-called liberals elite ie. all those progressives and they acolytes fighting him tooth and nail, on anything and anytime.
---
A claim that he is retarded somewhat is one of the most pathetic ones given the same people were cheering for Biden with his last-stage dementia and they were OK with it.
Hypocrites.

What do you mean exactly?

Erm... a meeting in person, for a beer or two, in Gdańsk.

What did you think he meant? Russian conquest of the Baltic Sea coast? ;)

Yes, you are. ;)

Come on, Iron. Where's your Dmowski spirit? It is the rotten West that you should distrust, not our Russian brothers.

Bobko went into hiding. I wonder why ... hmm?

Preparing the invasion, obviously. xD

I don't trust my own shadow. Didn't you not notice when I was talking about nukes and friendly fire? My trust only goes so far.

Hahaha.
