Poland's aid to Ukraine if Russia invades - part 19

the universe could be worse :)

I suppose it could. Good night, BB.

I don't think Poland will earn much if anything on Ukraine

When exactly did Poland earn anything on our joint affairs with Americans? Iraq? Afghanistan? When?

those are nothing more than a narrative of the opposite side

When there is blatant propaganda on both sides, you have to follow your gut instinct, follow your heart, and it tells me that not necessarily "all is well in the universe". :-/

it doesn't work because politics and the world don't run on slogans

I'm with Pawian on this one. At the end of the day it's better to be a noble sucker than an openly venal scoundrel. The only point we might disagree on is who exactly are the scoundrels.

The big issue with Poles who generally do not dig politicks and how the world works. You can be noble once you know how to play ball, if you trying to apply baseball game rules to football you are the idiot that everybody hates. The final outcome is they kick you out off the pitch.

Sorry but all through history we could only expect harm from them.

Putin puts Polish PM Tusk in his place in person. Reminds Poland of its own historical mistakes.

Putin takes Tusk to task.

In news not talked about here on PF, Z did not get a vote of support from his parliment on Monday. Several of his own party members refused to vote for him. This says all we need to know about the sentiment in Ukraine. So Z will sign a deal with Trump this week in order to begin saving face as he prepares to be removed from office in an election when a cease fire is reached. Trump gets the cease fire as he promised, and shortly thereafter a peace deal. The only people not happy about this are the leftists who want more fighting, and more money from the US.

Z will sign a deal with Trump this week

... and his country will pay huge reparations (around $500 billion in rare earth metals deal) to... USA. Let that sink in: the only country that benefited from this war, with huge natural gas and weapons contracts and significant weakening of one of its main rivals without a single drop of American blood, will now extract money from Ukraine that lost 15 million citizens to emigration and several hundred thousand soldiers, and will need every single dollar to rebuild their country from ruins. Let that, kurwa, properly sink in.

Russia bled out, Ukraine bled out, European economy is f*cked (not only because we have to buy natural gas for three times the price we got it from Russia) but it is America who will, on top of everything, extract money from the war-torn and destroyed Ukraine whilst forcing her to a peace deal which will cede 20% of her territory to Russia. And you are gloating about it? You think this is something to be proud of? Where's your decency, PolAm? WTF?

Trump gets the cease fire as he promised, and shortly thereafter a peace deal.

At the moment we have neither, so maybe - just maybe - it would be advisable to postpone the gloating and celebrating (especially that there's very little to celebrate anyway).

more money from the US

xD

Yes, the US is well known for their generosity and giving away free money all over the world. :D

Ech... kurwa, курва, блять, jебига, do prdele etc. etc.

@Svetovid, Triglav, Perun, Svarozhits, Stribog, Svarog and the rest

Hey guys! When will you finally get your fingers out and help your people? Why are we always the ones to have our ******* ripped without even the slightest lubrication? Are you still sulking because of Christ? Stop being f*cking petty, guys!

@GefreiterKania
Did I say I was proud? I have been very critical of continuing this war. I think Europe set itself up for this. I think Biden and Harris set the US up for this and Trump is doing what Trump does. Is it right? I am not discussing the morality of the deal. Was any of this war right? No. Was US involvement right? No. I dont think I am gloating at all. I am simply pointing out that someone got something done for a change. All the bvllshit politicing in Europe and the US up until now got nothing done. All the talk was just talk. Be mad if you want, but at least someone acted.

America will help contrinute to rebuilding Ukraine. Russia is going to have to make a deal now as well. So before we judge to harshly, lets see what Russia has to do. I suspect that we will be surprised by some things. The US is suppossed to keep on funding other countries while its own people are drowing in debt, homelessness, illegal immigration and drugs? I think its fvcking hilarious to see all the Europeans complaining about the US not being used any more and still none of them comment on Europe not making its contributions to NATO for decades.

Trump gets the cease fire as he promised, and shortly thereafter a peace deal.

More likely.... he'll get a cease fire, declare victory and ignore russia breaking the cease fire (as everyone knows it will).

If that's what is really going on...

and in other news.... putin walks back his claim that Zelenskyy is illegitimate and implicitly concedes he is the legitimate head of state.

x.com/nexta_tv/status/1894636011520479360

He also claims he has a deal with Trump to appoint his own people to run Ukraine... so maybe too many pain pills...

Its not about money. Trump has no problem pumping billions into Israel but his ethnic cleansing dream will cost him more in the long run. The human rights abusing gulf dictatorships will shift further towards Russia and China depriving the war industries of revenue. If there is a ceasefire and its broken it puts the US in a bind. Trump wants the minerals (he loves subsidising billionaires) but doesnt want to support Ukraine or anyone opposed to Putin. What does he do? Would he reverse his current position and try to rebuild trust.

I think its now too far for the US to reverse even if there were a change at the top and that is before the current potentate was crowned. Europe must disentangle its military and economies from the US trap. No more cover for invasions, no longer providing a smoke screen of so called global political unity no more helping the US dominate and bully on the international stage especially the financial institutions.

his ethnic cleansing dream

It's not even a dream; it's a tawdry provocation.
I'm in that region now, and from what I can tell, it's some extreme suggestion from one of the more extreme Israeli figures, not someone actually in charge of anything, that trump or one of his feeble clowns picked up on and he used it to grandstand to his maga followers.

@jon357
Its no longer a fringe position if it ever was.

The trope that Trump usually does what he says is bollox, he has backed down several times recently. In this case he really means it but It demonstrates how disjointed his foreign policy is.

....what would be the alternative? Keeping funding UNRWA which feeds the baby murderer from the HAMAS?

Face it, the Left has no alternative plan at all....only more death forever and ever and ever....

.....okay....wrong thread....

I'd say it's unrealistic to say the least, however new petrochemical reserves have been found near Gaza and that does change everything. People here are worried that the Emirates might agree to it or something like it happening.

The trope that Trump usually does what he says is bollox, he has backed down several times recently.

So Trump is not allowed to change his mind now because Barns says. Pfffft !
No matter how much you Eurps cry like little bltches, Trump is still the President. Hoot !
The people have spoken !

@Bratwurst Boy
UNRWA is vetted by the Israeli security services the extremely small number of individuals with some link to HAMAS who passed Israeli checks are used to whitewash past Israeli ethnic cleansing.

The fact that the Cult of Trump objects to US supporting European defence but loves unfettered financial support for Israel doesnt add up unless the cult is bipolar.

@jon357
Its not going to happen but Israel has been looking for Lebensraum since the colony was founded. It is mainstream Israeli policy as evidenced by their government supporting it.

@johnny reb
Dont really care, if the US is leaving Europe please hurry up.

PS what is a non political war?
Bratwurst Boy  8 | 11981

unless the cult is bipolar.

...nah, just German! :)

I would even go so far as taking them on as our "protectorate", if that wouldn't be ridiculous, seeing that we can't even rescue ourselves...

...still wrong thread....better going now....

Trump objects to US supporting European defence

You bet Father Trump does right along with the rest of the American taxpayers.
Liberals love spending other peoples money.
Its time you Woke start supporting yourselves by spending your own money.
what is a non political war?

One that does not involve politics would be my guess, what is yours ?
Barney  19 | 1766

One that does not involve politics

Again, what kind of war doesnt involve politics you introduced the crazy idea with insults but as usual refuse to explain what you mean. instead posting the cut and paste "bla bla bla dont do facts etc". Here is your chance to explain exactly what you mean...

Instead of typing some variation of the same pro forma comment you could try to understand the world. I wont be holding my breath, Fox news do propaganda so you'll have nothing to type.

Again,

I know, again and again and again because you don't like my answer.
You Pollacks only ask questions but never answer any.
Kind of like arguing with a three year old.
You are Polish aren't you ?
Barney  19 | 1766

@johnny reb
It doesnt make sense so I would like you to explain this concept to me. This is your opportunity to explain exactly what you mean.

There is no argument, I dont know where you got that idea from, I simply would like you to expand on your novel idea.

I would like you to explain this concept to me.

I did, you just don't like my answer because it gob smacked you.
This is your opportunity to explain

You seem to keep avoiding your opportunity to answer my questions.
This is your opportunity to answer the questions that I presented to you.
You seem to be stuck on stupid again spinning your wheels repeating questions that have already been answered to avoid answering the questions that have been asked.
You are Polish aren't you ?

German police is removing the Serbian Kosovo flag on which it is written NEMA PREDAJE - NO SURRENDER and also the Russian flag while allowing the Alba Berlin fans to provoke during the entire basketball match with the Ukrainian flag.

You explained nothing, you had an idea that the US lost the Vietnam war because the US didnt try to win calling it a political war. I asked you to explain what a non political war was and you cant answer. I can only conclude that you were typing utter bollox.

I asked you to explain what a non political war was and you cant answer.

More Rinse & Repeat Barns.
You don't like my answer is the problem.
Now its your turn Barns, answer my questions.
Just let it out as I know you want to so badly..
I promise not to laugh and make fun of your ignorance.

@johnny reb
You didnt give an answer because you type without thinking. now you are back to pro forma posts.

Have you ever had an idea you could flesh out, its not as though there is an other idea to get in its way?
johnny reb  49 | 8014

You didnt give an answer

But Barns I most certainly did, you just didn't like my answer because it shut your insults down.
Now its your turn to answer my questions or have they stymied you to the point you are lost for words.

I asked you to explain what a non political war was

Non-political war is when one party is trying to stay alive. See the USSR at war with Germany.

Hey, Barney, didn't they teach you how to use hyphens?
johnny reb  49 | 8014

Hey, Barney, didn't they teach you

Let me explain his game Novi.
He has tried to play me with it several times now and has failed only to be mocked.
Very poor excuse.

No excuse Barns, I was simplifying it for you the best I could.
Its not easy trying to explain something so simple to a Polish person like you who think they are the sharpest knife in the kitchen.
you had an idea that the US lost the Vietnam war because the US didnt try to win

I did ? Please quote me on that or is that something you invented too ?
What I said was:
The Vietnam war was a political war and was not designed to be won or lost on the battle field
See here:
https://polishforums.com/news/poland-aid-ukraine-russia-invades-part-88794/19/#msg2016426

You then invented the rhetorical question of:
Tell me what type of war is non political

That question has nothing to do with what I said.
Your rhetorical question was invented by you so you would be sure to win the debate.
Let me invent one for you to answer.
Tell me what kind of water is not wet ?

And this is why I don't respond to simple Polacks like you.
Novichok  4 | 8894

The Vietnam war was a political war and was not designed to be won or lost on the battle field

Of course, it was...If it was a real war, it would be over in Week 2.

Unthinkable becomes reality - we are on the way to independent Polish nuclear deterrence...

youtube.com/watch?v=qafOahrcUyU&ab_channel=TVPWORLD

... about time!

When US leaves NATO, the EU will need about 2500 additional warheads (preferably split between Poland, Germany, Romania and Finland).
