Most Germans would like to leave country

That is, they want to become migrants in some foreign "paradise" where life is worse than in Germany. Ok, let them go.

where life is worse than in Germany.

They can build some "Little Germany's" in some countries already.....where Germany becomes "Little Kabul" instead.

life is worse than in Germany.

There is no such thing as "life in Germany".

Life is what you deal with in a circle about 10 km in diameter.

There are 800,000 homeless people in the US. I haven't seen one yet...

Europe, among other countries Germany, is indeed feeling the effects of Trump's tariff war, Rich.
While "suffering" might well be a bit too strong, EU import items are definitely giving plenty of European
consumers sticker shock, believe me!

Higher food prices, less availability of specialty items as well as generic import goods
such as fridges, cars and so forth.

In Germany?

Certainly not in the UK or Poland. Prices have been rising steadily since 2020 however there's not been a sudden leap. Not much food comes from there anyway, since a lot doesn't meet food standards.

No change in the consumer goods the shops which are all from China anyway.

One of us is insane or drunk.

I know it's not me...

What do Trump tariffs have to do with what Euros pay for food??????????????????

Anybody home?????????????

The old "elites" are as much to blame for their radicalization as the party leaders themselves. I still remember the mocking and ridicule of them in the beginning....

The radicals in the AfD purged every moderate who tried to reign them in. Afterwards they purged those less-radicals in leadership position who wanted to keep them somewhat respecteable. Frauke Petry and Meuthen fell victim to the plots of their fellow party members, not from some outsiders. Petry tried to exclude of Höcke from the party, and ended up forced out herself. The AfD didn't start promoting those extreme positions because they were "mocked" or "ridiculed" but because they elected officials who shared them. That is their responsibility.

Certainly not in the UK. Not much food comes from there anyway, since a lot doesn't meet food standards.

What standards? LOL!

EXCLUSIVE - WORST place in the UK for food standards with streets RIDDLED with zero-rated takeaways and shops

"All the shops we visited were in a single area that has 76 zero-star businesses and a population of just 275,980.

...the Council [was accused] of 'turning a blind eye' to certain zero-rated shops and said it was more concerned with slapping residents with parking fines than prioritising food hygiene.

The Council [responded it] can only enforce food standards regulations - it is the legal responsibility of the food business operators to make sure that they meet these standards."

One of the top rated comments correctly put it: "Even before I read this article. I knew what the shop owners and the shop staff would look like..."

Indeed, and none were Polish!

Trash. And you didn't mention which council after you'd spent so much time scraping the internet looking for drivel about a place you've never visited.

And you're also wibbling about takeaways. Not about food standards.

Food standards in Europe are far higher than those in the U.S. and of course donald Trup list that part of his negotiations for the trade deal. Nobody wants their chlorine washed chicken or their additives.

Can you list 3 that meet your standards so you won't be dismissing the source before the actual debate?

That is so funny I thougt Europeans were for addetives, like adding hafty amounts of chicken sh*t to your scrambled eggs.I also fail to understand your aversion to washing, like a once-a-week shower for filthy, smelly, toothless Europeans,

This isn't a debating club

It is what I say it is.

When people debate, it's a debating club. When you said "This isn't a debating club" you engaged in a debate if PF is a debating club.

It is when posters disagree. When they agree, it's a mutual admiration wh*re house. See LGBT clubs and bars.

It isn't.

There's probably one at your local seniors' centre. Why not join?

Conversations, at least in the civilised world, are not win/lose things.

You are the one who made this forum uncivilized.

If you ask, I will tell you how you did it. If you don't, it's proof you already know.

This from an out of control and attention-seeking troll.

Anyway, we're talking about the return of fascism to German politics, something no decent person wants.

Trash.

This explains why it has been your 'go-to' source to cite for decades.

And you didn't mention which council

This problem isn't limited to one council. The article has an entire list of zero-rated food outlets up and down culturally enriched, E. coli England.

takeaways

You could only wish the problem was that limited. The article mentioned five well known supermarkets (two on the same road) were zero-rated.

Nobody wants their chlorine washed chicken or their additives.

But you'll gladly buy and scarf down food prepared barehanded and rotting produce served up on dirty countertops.

You are the one who made this forum uncivilized.

It's no wonder. Just look at his highly defensive attitude when simply shining a spotlight on the plague of zero-rated food outlets all across his woke native Britain.

What a rant. I just read the first bit. Not connected to the political issues in Europe. Having re-read the John Kennedy Toole book already this year, there's little point except sadistic fun in reading stuff of the type the main character might say. Anyway, he's what Claude Robichaux would call a "police character".

I wonder why he confuses the very low production standards of food in his country with local council food hygiene ratings in an entirely unrelated place. And he still doesn't even know what town he's talking about from the tabloid article. The same sloppiness that led to his juvenile crimes being traced back to him.

And even more, why he thinks downmarket takeaways in an unrelated country are anything to do with the politics in Germany.

Keeping to the topic, it looks like Germany are going to block EU infrastructure funding for Slovakia. A positive step.

As she would, she is the complete and utter Euro tart! Ready to prostitute herself for anything to aid the growth of the EU.

Too many ignorant people posting on here about something they know nothing about..... yeah free speech is fine when people know what they are talking about.

throughout the EU!

I see. And apparently you aren't aware that all those BREXIT supporters are now
no longer so keen on their decision. State of reality?? Whose, mate?

Originally, the idea of NATO was for the US to help Europe if and when
needed. Trump wants to blame the EU for the latter's so-called dependency,
not realizing that we all need each need one another.

After all, where would America have been without the RAF??

I wouldn't bother with opinions in Europe if I were Trump - after all he is a president of the USA, not some shoddy prime minister of Belgium :P

Edit: it's not that I'm saying that I'm in the know whether Trump's policies are beneficial to Americans (they may well not be)

You have no idea about British politics so stop making a fool of yourself.....

If anything, the support for Brexit has increased in the UK in recent years and may lead to the demise of the Labour and Tory parties and the rise of Reform...please pay attention!
