Will PiS be happy if AfD wins elections in Germany?

Tacitus  2 | 1356
2 days ago   #721
an easy point for any protester!

It is also easy to disprove. Refugees don't automatically get Bürgergeld and for that matter, someone who has worked for decades won't be getting Bürgergeld but the more generous Arbeitslosengeld I for up to two years.

Nobody has to starve

That is the consequence though.
Tacitus  2 | 1356
2 days ago   #723
As if they had here lived and worked their asses off for decades for this country

Again, people who worked for decades and became unemployed would be receiving Arbeitslosengeld I instead.

Bürgergeld is something everyone receives as long as he has a legal reason to stay in Germany. Including Germans who have never worked in their life.

Btw. the conclusion from your link: "Benefits not a 'pull factor'"

Asylum seekers receive accommodation, food, clothes, hygiene, limited healthcare

That's what they get in Poland too though:

help.unhcr.org/poland/rights-and-obligations-of-asylum-seekers/rights-of-applicants-for-international-protection-in-poland/

I'm guessing that's how asylum seekers are also treated in other (civilised) countries...

I think one of the main factors why people choose Germany is because it's a rich country and they think they'll have a good life there. 🤔

That's what they get in Poland too though:

How many immigrants do you get in Poland? (Ukrainians doesn't count)

Usually Poland is one of those walk-through-countries, for immigrants wanting to go to german money...or else they would happily stay in Poland!

Btw. the conclusion from your link: "Benefits not a 'pull factor'"

Better said: benefits = pull factor!

There are two possibilities:

1.) Cut out german welfare for newcomers....only the usual necessities (bed and food)

2.) Follow our asylum law to the point at last, meaning nobody having been in another safe country before is allowed in
Tacitus  2 | 1356

.only the usual necessities (bed and food)

Not like Bürgergeld is that generous to begin with. It is already as low as the law permits. And it only applys for recognised refugees.

Follow our asylum law to the point at last

That hasn't worked so far, has it? If someone enters via Poland and Poland refuses to take him back, he has to apply for asylum here.
Bratwurst Boy  8 | 12068

And it only applys for recognised refugees.

That's the thing here...

...By definition of the law, all Member States of the European Union are safe third countries.
....

Accordingly, asylum seekers can be sent back to safe third countries with neither an asylum application, nor an application for international or national protection being considered. Today the safe third country concept has its main impact at land borders.[3] Federal Police shall refuse entry if a foreigner, who has entered from a safe third country, requests asylum at the border.....

asylumineurope.org/reports/country/germany/asylum-procedure/the-safe-country-concepts/safe-third-country/

That is our law!!! Still during the last 5 years we received, fed, clothed, housed and paid nearly 1.000.0000 immigrants wanting/getting refugee status.

de.statista.com/statistik/daten/studie/76095/umfrage/asylantraege-insgesamt-in-deutschland-seit-1995/

So...these refugees shouldn't even be here!

he has to apply for asylum here.

He can apply what he wants....since coming through a safe third state he should never achieve refugee status...so absolutely no need to treat him like one....

Something is so totally wrong here....

Anyhow...what a dreary topic...I have to leave now, till tomorrow!

*waves*
Tacitus  2 | 1356

so absolutely no need to treat him like one

There is a need if the third country refuses to take him back. Can't punish people because countries refuse to fullfill their legal obligations.

How many immigrants do you get in Poland? (Ukrainians doesn't count)

Why? Ukrainians have more legitimate reasons to escape prosecution or a death sentence than a random Turk, Arab, or African. It looks to me like punishment for being White European, or possibly Slavic. In Germany, you get what your misguided national guilt dictates, and the cowardly politicians. Poland, on the other hand, is free of any guilt, and a monolithic social structure has the right to accept or reject any refugee seeking protection, based on truthfulness, and the benefits to Polish interests. Ukrainians are basically our brothers and will easily assimilate, becoming productive members of the society

So Merkel was right then in 2015 that closing the borders against the will of the Austrians would have been in violation of EU law?

Is that a question?
Free movement pertains to EU citizens, but non-EU citizens do not have that right. What was wrong?
Introduction of the law that makes questionable the right of the EU country to keep outsiders out, by force if necessary.
That law, supported by Berlin, made it possible for a large number of illegals to come into the EU.
How to deal with them was up to each country.
Merkel invited all those illegal immigrants to Germany, so the question whether or not it was against some law or wasn't is a moot point here.
---
2015 since refugees were coming from the South. Who would have thought back then than millions of Ukrainians

I see you are in denial to this day.
What refugees? African or Asian dwellers are not refugees in Europe. They are illegal migrants.
Ukrainians are legitimate refugees.
Spot the difference.

Spot the difference

Not really a difference is there, when they arrive in Germany? Germany is not the first safe country on their route from either Ukraine or Syria.

There is a need if the third country refuses to take him back.

Give them a choice: either you tell us where you are from and we ship you back there, or we ship you to the Sahara and parachute you out in the wild. simple.

Memo to girlie Euros: You stop a million when you shoot 10 at the border. Berlin Wall as Exhibit A.

either you tell us where you are from and we ship you back there,

Doesn't really matter if those countries refuse to take them back in the first place.

"Hey Marocco, we'll dump some people who may or may not be your citizen in your desert". I am sure this would work well... .

Introduction of the law

What law?

1.) Cut out german welfare for newcomers....only the usual necessities (bed and food)

What could possibly go wrong......

2.) Follow our asylum law to the point at last, meaning nobody having been in another safe country before is allowed in

The UN convention on asylum which trumps local laws does not mention "safe countries". And of course if the U.K. were to do that as well, there would be a few million more people in mainland Europe for y'all to deal with than now.

They will leave.

Wouldn't you?

The UN convention on asylum which trumps local laws does not mention "safe countries"

Bullshlt! UN conventions are not suicide pacts.

Also, countries are not required to take all of them. Poland's limit is 20. The 21st can go fvck himself...

"Hey Morocco, we'll dump some people who may or may not be your citizen in your desert".

Logistically bizarre too of course due to planes able to carry a significant number of people needing pesky inconveniences like permission to land.

Not that the haters think about actual details.

You stop a million when you shoot 10 at the border.

Novi is right here. It's the most effective deterrent.

After the terrorist attack on a mall last year, a lot of people said bad things about Putin for broadcasting on federal channels that the attackers ears were being cut off, and that they were being hooked up to big voltage batteries.

But guess what - the FSB did such a brilliant job at this job - that the entirety of Russia's migrant community is now literally crawling out of its skin to demonstrate loyalty to the Russian state.

Cutting off ears, and electrocuting the balls seems to work - sometimes.

Not that the haters think about actual details.

The migrant lovers should be taxed at twice the rate.

The lovers never think about actual details...like migrants costing the host country a ton of money...

nconveniences like permission to land.

No need to land. Just drop them on the parachute.

Flowers of the desert will bloom again.
What haters? I love people. Except for criminal morons who think they can come crawling from some sh'hole without a ticket. I take exception to that. So should you. It seems you hate people you should love, and love people you should hate.

I will never forget how way back Americans and Russians were kidnapped in some ME shlthole...

Americans languashed for years before they were released.

Russians were back home very quickly after the main azzhole started receiving FedEx packages with his brother's body parts inside.

If I didn't say it yet...I love Russia, Putin, and the FSB...even KGB...

Somehow your surreal suggestion seems highly unlikely, in part due to an aversion among decent people to murder in large numbers.
Novichok  4 | 9297

It's so easy to convert murder into a suicide...

Just don't let them in, don't feed them, don't clothe them, don't treat them, and watch them (1) go away or (2) die and decompose.

I forgot TV cameras ...live..in color...24/7...

What are people saying in the west and south of Germany about the votes in the northeast for AfD?

Problaby something similar to what many Brits are saying now while watching the success of Farage and his Reform party. Disbelief that people are voting for those politicians, coupled with the realization that this party now becoming a possible factor in their home towns.
