Read the thread again. Polish women. Are you aware of the realities here? Without the BS. This is not America here.

I was making observations about beautiful women. Seanus you have to admit women are luckier if they are beautiful no matter where they are. Beauty is something prized among women and their admirers.

albanian women are the most beautiful. this is well known fact.

Albanian women?? I didn't know they even were on the scale in the first place, people can't get out of Albania fast enough, first i thought it was the quality of life however maybe its the women :):):). Mind you they end up in the UK as sex slaves as most of the blokes in Albania set up their prostitution rings here

As a psych nurse, i think you have more of a problem with this than most people. Whats wrong with being good looking? You sound like someone who has been fecked over by someone u regard as more beautiful than u. Give it up, its like a broken record. Those who do well in life are those who use their abilities the best, trust me i know.

Whats wrong with being good looking?

I never said anything is wrong with being good looking. It makes life generally easier. The dilemma is when things become some sort of contest where no one is ever good looking enough. Where does one draw the line? There's always going to be someone who is more attractive than someone else and there's a point where it's more a matter of subjective opinion.

People generally agree on what is classified as ugly and what is considered beautiful and it's better to be on the "beautiful" side of the line even if one isn't the most beautiful of all.

PP, does that reflect in lottery winners?? LOL

Many successful and beautiful people have complexes and commit suicide. Beauty is a great thing in itself but doesn't provide those guarantees. I refuted you clearly.

So, PP, how about discussing those Polish women who struggle? Many are very pretty but there just aren't enough positions for them. Sorry, many are to be found in McDonalds and other lower positions.

You are talking Hollywood, not in the broader scheme of things.

So, PP, how about discussing those Polish women who struggle?

This has nothing to do with how attractive they are. It's always better to be attractive than not no matter what. Being unattractive makes things that much worse.

Thats just life, but it does not make the rule. Cmon you are more intelligent than this.

You made the correlation between money and looks. You are out of touch when you apply that to Poland and I want you to acknowledge that. Many are lookers without cash to their name, living on credit.

Ever heard of the blond bimbo theory?? I don't think that pretty blond that was raped by Muslims would agree with you.

Many girls who look decent at best are in good jobs. Sorry, you are wrong.

Okay, Seanus, there are exceptions to the rule. Seanus are you saying there are no rich, good looking people in Poland? Good looking people can have lousy jobs, true. They can be in debt.

Maybe there's misunderstanding. My premise is that being good looking or beautiful isn't a hindrance to success, it can help one succeed. It doesn't mean every good looking/beautiful person is going to be wealthy. Life is easier for people who are good looking, generally.

And as for the blond bimbo theory...there's a study that says good looking people are more successful, generally. There's also a study that says taller people have more success too.

There are rich, good-looking people in Poland, of course. But look at trends, nepotism and contacts are major driving forces these days.

Being good looking isn't a hindrance to success, I didn't say it was. From an ego point of view, being good looking helps, yes.

So, stop your generalisations and qualify what you say. Then you will see the holes and the bigger picture.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder anyways.

Geez, theories are like dupas, everyone has one. Do you like conspiracy theories, PP?

Seanus if beauty didn't matter this thread wouldn't exist.

Wow, what a cop out answer. Still ducking the central themes. The point is, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. For some, Polish women take it. For others, no way.

We are discussing it, you are just whipping out general stuff. I'm getting into the specifics of Polish life and you appear to be inept.

U are again being general.
Make a valid point eh?
Geeez please engage in the debate

Seanus you are ignoring the title of this thread "Polish Women Are The Most Beautiful In The World!" What does that suggest to you? It means whoever made this thread likes beautiful women. It's not called "Polish Women Have The Most Family Connections In The World"

She seems to think that America somehow fits the Polish model. There are many in business here who are successful but not lookers. So, PP, let's here the realities of Polish life and your justification for many not being achievers when they look good.

Well, PP, you are worse than a politician. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, it's about the tenth time I've said that. PGTX said that it's a BS thread. I don't agree simply. So get over it and deal with the direction YOU were moving the thread in.

It goes much deeper than looks.

It might be a BS thread but the guy who made it might have seen plenty of beautiful Polish women so why not say "yeah being beautiful and getting complimented and having people say your country has the most beautiful women is not a bad thing".

Beauty is somewhat in the eye of the beholder but there is a general beauty/ugly line and you are on one side or the other with most people.

Let me get you in on sth, Frank is a joker too. It's one guy's opinion. OK, let me take your logic. Poles are decidedly on the pretty side, live here and you'd see that. So, why the lack of success, ambition and drive? Many hibernate in winter, I rarely saw a pretty girl the whole time, they all come out in summer.

Many wannabe princesses and careerists falling by the wayside because there are not enough jobs for them.

So, why the lack of success, ambition and drive?

I guess it was a mistake to bring jobs and careers into it. Maybe they don't want jobs and careers? My point is, it's better to be beautiful than ugly.

but there is a general beauty/ugly line and you are on one side or the other with most people.

When you get to my age you get to understand the bitch in beauty and the beauty that shines from the ordinary. There are so many types out there. It's not just in appearance and dress, but also actions and words.
Seanus  15 | 19666
25 Jun 2009   #771
Eloquently put by Wrocław. Polish women are headstrong generally, they want careers and power.

PP, it is more desirable to be beautiful than ugly, yes, but people work with what they have to the best that they can.

Variety is the spice of life and many have commented that the pretty faces of Polish women are just not enough to hide the lack of personality and other negative traits. They go far in their own minds but don't make the grade in the minds of others.

Live and let live, PP. Nevermind the 'better' stuff.

it is a proven fact that if there are two interview candidates with the same qualifications and one of them is overweight, the job is more likely to go to the slimmer one. I am not saying this is right, but statistically PP is right, there is positive discrimination in recruitiment towards people who are more pleasing on the eye.

This seems more prominent in some places than others. I visited my partner's brother's office in a small town in Poland and he is the only man in the organisation and employs around 10 young women, all of whom are young and attractive..especially the receptionist with her t***s hanging out... and this is a finance/tax corporation.

25 Jun 2009   #773
Well, there is a general perception difference between men and women. I didn't deny that, ceteris paribus, the slimmer one will get the job. Men operate that way, they prefer sth easy on the eye.

Still, we've been through this. PP ducked key questions that I put to her.

DO you really go to the grocery store in your pjs?

Yes, I really do run out in p.j.'s! I find it funny, and I enjoy snubbing convention. I am not excessively concerned about other people's opinions of me. Anyway there are so many other sloppy women in my neighborhood that my own sloppiness goes unnoticed. At least I don't go paddling around in my slippers, like some of them. As well, lots of pajamas look like regular clothes these days. When there's a man in my life, however, I spend hours getting all dolled up! ("Dolled up" : -idiom meaning stylishly dressed with lots of makeup, fancy hairdo, etc.) And I spend a small fortune on clothes. Rather inconsistent! But my mind is really on artistic and intellectual pursuits, and getting dolled up is time-consuming and boring for me.

Regarding Sex and the City: Yes, there are lots of well-dressed women in Manhattan. Around here, too: long red nails, low-cut blouses, tight jeans...the whole nine yards, to use another popular idiom. Unfortunately, the fat around the middle of so many of these women ruins their look. The diet around here is known as SAD, meaning "Standard American Diet." And it IS sad--it makes so many people fat and diabetic.

I got a craving for chips, got to run to the supermarket! Ok, I'll throw on a coat!

Today all Polish Women are beautiful as Flowers.

Do you know Flowers fades away so quickly ? Being beautiful don't last long when you bragging too much about yourself. Beauty fading away with ages and wild lifes too.

When beauty fades, how will you handle yourself? Get drunk or what? Cry & screaming at mirror when you see yourself. What happened to me? Why did I let myself go? Too late to change your clock back.
