Top Quality steaks

Hmm, that's strange, I find the quality of steak in Poland superior to that in the UK.

lol...nah man...the police here are crazy...they are like renegades...i just dont trust them!

I felt particularly safe in Poland, due to the fact the Police don't fuck about! If you're on the right side of the law you have no worries.

The no smoking ban!!!!!

Will never happen! thank god! They don't have some PC nanny state like we have here in the UK! Or at least not yet :(

Stella Artois.. aka wife beater!

Why? Stella is shit and laughed at everywhere in Europe, it's only certain idiotic British people that seem to still think that it's some kind of wonderful drink! German and Czech beers piss all over it!

As for

A decent (reasonably priced!) Curry house!!!!

My piss head mates!

Fish and Chips Bar..aka chippy

As for the above, don't you think you're trying a little bit too hard to sound all "Brit abroad"!

LOL...i am a Brit abroad!!!...whats wrong with craving the things you love!!..I have adopted as much as possible...I have almost lost my liver etc!!...but I love the things I love...and I love being a Brit in Poland!

I disagree with the Stella comment!...Loved in Belgium!!!...aint that in Europe?!

paying top price for a meal...at a great restaurant....with great atmosphere..only to have it ruined by some 'idiotic' muppet smoking sucks!

Steaks superior to England...lmao....where oh where do you eat steaks...please tell me!!...the steaks here are a light pinkish colour...once you grill them they turn grey and taste of stale water!

The police don't fuck about!...yeah cos they haven't the intelligence...they act like cavemen!

Not exactly! Just because a dog is born in a stable it doesn't make it a horse!

I disagree with the Stella comment!...Loved i Belgium!!!...aint that in Europe!

Good for you, Stella is still a piss poor beer. Yes Belgium is in Europe or are you asking for confirmation that it is?

Tough, so you don't smoke, millions of others do, I have to watch fat people stuff their faces, that makes me sick, can we ban them from eating??????

Steaks superior to England...lmao....

Why laugh, most people would agree with me or are you an expert on Steak around Europe? I eat my steak rare to medium rare and have never had a bad one in any country in E. Europe.

The police don't fuck about!...yeah cos they haven't the intelligence...they act like cavemen!

LOL - been kicked about have we??? you probably deserved it, I found the Police and the Security in Poland to be quite wonderful and I quite liked the way they dealt with people in a swift no nonsense manner :)

Ok ok...all the other comments are fair and well stated...but being deserved to kicked about...get a grip man...NO ONe...especially me deserves a good kicking from the Police...(btw it's never happened to me!) I'm a relaxed, helpful, and respectful guy...man i'm a teacher ( qualified btw...getting a bit annoyed with non qualified NATIVE speakers!!)

I am a steak expert!!..i really am....whilst travelling for the last 10 years I have worked in my fair share of steak houses!...From Angus steaks to Paddy steaks...i know them all...and from my experinece the steks here...are...well not steaks!

anyway....The Police..and the derserved beating comment hurt a tad!...ah well i'll get over it..true Brit style!

British born.... Not British, there is a difference.

People who try and ruck with the law in a different country and come off badly, deserve everything they get IMO. As for your teaching abilities, I wouldn't know, as for your gripe with non qual native speakers, that is your problem, deal with it or leave Poland and try somewhere else!

Regarding your expertise in steaks, I find it hard to believe - good quality steak comes from good livestock not one particular steak house chain!

Agree with the shyte steak comments! Last steak sampled here in Poland was in jelenia Gora....definitely NOT a cow! Unidentified roadkill?? Possibly dog, or maybe giraffe! But no competition for Britain's finest! And no contribution to world civilisation!!

Stella?? I love it! Wife's not fussed tho'...can't work out why!

Fat people AND smokers should be banned from restaurants as they are both health hazards! Nothing more off putting than the smell of a fat person and the look of a smoker!! Especially when you are tucking into your long-anticipated Polish steak!!!

I'm a female, not a MAN and of course they are, I'm merely pointing out that you are talking shite, with a capital S.

Stella is not considered by most a good beer, now on the other hand Erdinger is a decent beer or Pilner Urquell.

Steak in E. Europe which includes Poland is far tastier than I have had in the UK in any restaurant, which includes some very nice ones I have been to.

Stella - vile stuff. Now German or Czech lager - a far superior pint. I'd also drink polish beer any day... but Stella... nasty chemical beer with no real taste.

You can love this country with all your heart....it still don't mean that it couldn't be improved in some little way...

I love it here....but a few lil home treats will simply make me love it more....Bistro Gravy and yorkshire puddings for example!....oh and stella....did I mention that already!

They have suffered casualties! Now I asked you nicely to apologise, do I have to ask you again?

I can't even imagine drinking Stella again, to be honest.

Having said this, I do miss weak 4% pints. It's just no fun going to the pub, drinking three half litres and finding oneself rather inebriated...

Better Roads

Just take a train: they're far better and cheaper than the English ones.

The art of queuing!

There is an art to it, you just don't understand how it is done.

Top Quality steaks

There are excellent steaks to be had, you just need to know where to look.

Stella Artois.. aka wife beater!

It is here already. Even my local corner shop stocks it. Get it from any Carrefour or Bomi.

Fish and Chips Bar..aka chippy

Pretty much the only thing I miss from England.

A decent (reasonably priced!) Curry house!!!!

There are lots in Warsaw. Arti, Namaste, Ganesh, Arti Clay oven, new Arti opening soon.

The police!!!

Polish police are better than the British police.

The no smoking ban!!!!!

You don't like smoking? Go to the places that don't allow smoking.

Blockbusters!

Beverly Hills video > Blockbusters.

Sky Sports 1,2 & 3!

Get a Sky box and a 1 metre dish. Cheapskate.

Kareoke!

Sadly that is here.

My piss head mates!

I'm sure we really miss them too.
