probably none - you need to pay a visit to a drugstore (apteka)

Or any naturally fermented liquid in larger quantities. When I exaggerate with fermented red beet juice or pickle tomatoes water, then I feel it wants to leave my body with the force of the waterfall. hahaha However, I always control it.
