Love / DO POLISH MEN DATE OLDER WOMEN? [169]

When I was in my younger years, I always wanted an older BF. I guess I like the feeling of being pampered and treated like a baby. But now that I'm in my almost mid 20s, most of the guys getting involved with me are 2 or more years younger. Even my Polish BF is 3 years younger than me. And well, considering our situation, we kinda manage to make this work. So, I guess it doesn't matter what's the age of the girl that a guy (even non Polish) prefers to date... as long as he understands what he is getting into.

Love / the strange polish girl who broke my heart [30]

Things like that happens anywhere. So its not really fair to generalize all Polish women as such. Even here in my country where people are still hypocritically traditional, stuff like that happens to young people.

What I can say is... I probably would have done the same thing. I'd lie to my parents the same way she did. It was a mistake to get drunk and have sex in the first place. Being together (just because you had sex) even if she doesn't love you wont make it all right.

She isn't ready for commitments, or serious relationships. She told you that, and she even said "please". So respect it.

Love / Is Indian/Polish relationship possible? [370]

I just read all the messages below, you have to realize that when you with a girl that means the world to you, things like culture and religion dont even make sense to you.

I couldn't have said it any better. Nothing will be hard anyway if you will go through it together. This is one thing I learned from this relationship.

Love / Is Indian/Polish relationship possible? [370]

I am a Filipina, and my boyfriend is Polish and lately we talked about living together by next year. I told him its ok for me to go with him to Poland. But he said we might as well live in Philippines because it will be easier for me. I am not sure why, but as far as I know, there are not much Polish marrying an Asian, particularly a Filipina. So maybe he is concerned how I will do if I live in Poland. While here in Philippines, we are starting to be a multi-race nation. And there are a lot of foreigners, so I guess he thinks he can blend in somehow.

As for the topic, I do not see any issue about Indian marrying a Polish. We are mature people, and certainly we can make compromises/ sacrifices to ensure that our relationship with the person we love will work out.
