Law / Polish Citzenship application - Hexon Poland - any experience with this company? [11]
Caroline- I'm similar situation. Started the process about two months back. Paid the deposit. Initially, email contact was rapid and good. Since sending off all the forms I have also heard nothing and emails go unanswered.
I'm not really worried about losing £600 (that would be just annoying) but if everything done so far is for nothing and I'm back to square 1, now that would be very annoying.
By the way, I initially tried to "DIY". Got the form and filled it out, got it sworn translated with everything else. Then turned up by appointment to the consulate in London. Total failure. One or two bits of documentation not with me. The consular official was unhelpful to the point of deliberate- refused to speak English to me (though she knew i had no grasp of Polish), she clearly hated UK people trying to get round Brexit in this way (though that's NOT my readon) and within 10 minutes I'd walked out.
