Law / Polish Citzenship application - Hexon Poland - any experience with this company? [11]

because I don't know the law, regulations, who to send various applications to, what documents are required to where etc, don't have the time or knowledge. I live in the UK, so wanted an experienced company to deal with my whole application for me. Update - I have got my polish birth cert and marriage cert - but the polish citizenship application is still in a long waiting list

But then I would be paying double tax as I already pay tax in UK from any earnings. Poland and UK do have a double taxation agreement agreement so think I would only be taxed in the country where income comes from, if my income was generated in poland, then would pay tax there but if uk, tax is paid in UK. I was more wondering if anyone had experience of not having polish regular income but be able to demonstrate that can be self sufficient - ie not relying on state for purposes of polish residency application, as I would just transfer what i need to polish bank account.

Following from this topic, I have a question also about obtaining polish residency. On websites, it states you have to demonstrate a stable income - however does this income have to be in Poland? what if I have a regular income source in the UK but wish to live in Poland? would this be accepted?

Study / Opinions on best Universities in Poland for BioChemistry for foreign students [6]

Yes I was looking at English speaking courses to study BioChemistry, her polish will only be basic - not enough to learn a degree! There is University - International European in Poznan, but can't find that much info on it and whether it is actually any good or internationally accredited

I had a look at Jaguelonian - Krakow - however courses are in Polish

Otherwise Plan A is stick to studies in UK whilst continuing to learn Polish and move at later stage but would really like her to get involved in Polish life beforehand

Study / Opinions on best Universities in Poland for BioChemistry for foreign students [6]

Looking for my daughter for options, she is looking to study BioChemistry (British Citizen) - doesn't speak much polish but will be learning. Where would be good university option in Poland for this with English speaking course? Long term as a family we are looking to relocate to Poland and have a house in Poland, so would be good if daughter can get into Polish life culturally and have future career options in Poland.

Law / Polish Citzenship application - Hexon Poland - any experience with this company? [11]

Good afternoon, I have started the process in applying for Polish Citizenship by descent using Hexon Poland as looking to move to Poland in furture and have polish family. Does anyone have any experience with this company? - Online reviews are are fine, initially they were always responsive, then paid 50% deposit as requested, completed all forms and sent off my ID and family documents but have heard nothing since (about 8 weeks and few e-mails sent). I am hoping its just poor customer service and not a scam? I know the process is long so not expecting to hear back with results for at least 6 months or more but I would have thought I get some sort of acknowledgement and update on process? Should I be panicking or is Polish customer service just a bit poor?
