Law / Permanent resident moving out of PL - what happens to my apartment? [6]

Regarding the condition "You leave Poland for more than 6 years, " I can always declare my address same as my apartment and visit Poland every few years. Would that be enough for me to keep my permanent residency?

Law / Permanent resident moving out of PL - what happens to my apartment? [6]
Hello Friends,
I am a permanent resident in Poland and had bought an apartment here couple of years ago.
It might happen that I may need to move out of country in near future.
So, I wonder what happens to:
1. My Permanent residency => I understand I need to be living in Poland to keep it so will it lost?
2. My apartment => Would I be "legally forced" to sell the apartment incase my PR will be lost? I would really prefer to rent it out if possible :).
