Work / Starting a food truck business - Kitchen requirements for preparing food... HELP! [4]

Hi everyone. Can someone point me in the right direction ....

I understand that you can not 'make' stuff in a food truck from raw goods, so I'll need to prepare / process them in a commercial kitchen beforehand. I got that point.

However, I can't find a small kitchen to rent, just to make dough and bake bread. Everything is way too expensive and too large for just starting out.

My question is..... If I purchase a 2nd food truck, and outfit it with all the necessary kitchen equipment, connect it to water / electricity and have approved bathrooms available , AND dedicate this food truck ONLY to preparing food ( ie, no customers ever ) Would the health department approve this as a 'commercial kitchen'

I can find NO information about what constitutes a "commercial kitchen" ( catering kitchen, whatever the term is)

Can someone help me with an answer? ? ?

Classifieds / Mechanical CAD designer needed [4]

Mechanical CAD designer needed -

I'm a seasoned profession pilot who is working on creating a VTOL UAV. I'm searching for inexpensive options to put together the preliminary CAD mockup for a grant proposal. I already have a full CAD render, but I need it changed and other 'systems' designed and implemented in the drawing.

If you're interested beyond the design level, I'm also actively searching for a partner that would share the work and ideas. No capital needed.

For the CAD design, I need someone who fits this description:

- lives in Wroclaw so we can meet ( other cities, ok.... but we'll need to arrange online meetings )
- Speaks English at a level we discuss this work. ( Sorry, I'm actually Polish, but didn't grow up here. )
- Familiar with mechanical CAD drawings, and aerospace engineering is a bonus.
- Offering a decent price. I'm working from my own capital until I receive a grant.
